Poor customer service. Mostly a waste of time to get prices on parts and services. Always been told that it needs to be sent in, and given a form for those with no warranty. Too expensive just for a replacement part.
May as well buy another head unit instead of their services.

Bought a Headunit from repco. Was convinced to buy the matching Dashcam only to find out when I bought it that it doe not plug in. You have to buy an additional cable. They don't sell the cables. So angry. I called kenwood and they just blame China lady said we have no control over what they do. Avoid and do not buy.

Rubbish and faulty head units. Absolutely zero customer support. POS head unit died after 6 months. Lots of reviews online I should've listened to prior to purchase. Never buying JVC again. This head unit is going in the bin!

In all my life of purchasing and owning electronic gear JVC KENWOOD Australia is the worst I have ever seen. They have shown to me that they are the true champions of non-existent support. Spent around $10k on a JVC 4K Projector which failed after 50 days use, and they have not lifted a single finger in almost 4 weeks in providing any support whatsoever to an authorised service centre who is trying to repair it under warranty.
I have contacted the ACCC and they have logged all the details of this issue. I will be providing the ACCC with regular updates on JVC KENWOOD's inaction to ensure their name is firmly in the ACCC's database and serve as a warning to others who buy their products.

Great service and advice. That Jason knows a thing or two. Units amazing in the car and all features work well and are easy to navigate too. Highly recommend Kenwood headunits

It seems like Darrell and I had similar dealings with this lot, with the same results. Customer service is non existent, wouldn't answer my questions and failed to deliver on a warranty issue. Absolute disgrace

Terrible service, have a faulty D/DIN Kenwood unit which has been returned to them for warranty repair, They sent it bank supposedly fixed (New Board, checked etc) and it still faulty.they are now saying its my USBs which are the type Kenwood suggest and play on everything but this unit. Disgusting Service, Stay well clear of JVCKenwood. Absolute rubbish.
