Just Skip Bins

Had a very good experience with Just Skip Bins, excellent service and presentation. The admin ladies were very helpful and professional and I would like to congratulate the team on their amazing efforts meeting my family needs. Also was very cheap for the service!

Second time I’ve used this company. First time delivery was fine- we loaded the bin with waste and some tyres, then I received a phone call to inform me I owe $480 due to the disposal of the tyres. I was contacted by a very rude supervisor in this department who was condescending and unprofessional when I informed him I won’t be paying this as it was not stated in the price nor on their website. In-between the first bin hire and receiving this phone call I had already organised a second bin the same day of the phone call from the supervisor. I was informed through reception my bin would be arriving after lunchtime- that time came and went then I rang again to be told I would receive it at 5pm. The bin never arrived but the company was happy to take my money. If I could I would give this company 0 stars. Very unprofessional as it would seem because I refused to pay for the tyres they have now stuffed around myself and my guys being petty and not selfie ring the job even though they have already taken my money. Highly HIGHLY would not recommend this company.

Amazing service, friendly staff and quick. They have a good team too. The ladies in admin are very good and i didnt pay for the invoice straihgt away but the bloke in accounts was alwyas good to me when he called. I recommend, no doubt
