I've ordered a number of custom frames and prints from Just Picture Framing and have been beyond impressed with their quality, ease of ordering through their site and the speed in which orders have been processed and shipped. Every item has been superbly packed and protected too. Highly recommend.

I had never had anything framed before and I didn't really know where to start, but I received great service from Brahm who helped me through the process step by step to ensure I ended up with the perfect layout and style of frame I was looking for. The piece is going to look great in my house!

I recently had some artwork framed AJ was extremely helpful, I used the online frame builder before I took my artwork into the store and the guys helped me choose the timber and mat board. The price is by far the best I've found and even better when its met with friendly service - I have recommended these guys to several people and will be back myself:)

I found by searching for picture frames which can be ordered online, “Just Picture Framing Online” located at Ingleburn. They can supply the picture frames as well as framing your art work at no much more extra cost. Whilst the cost of delivering is a bit expensive but the finished product were delivered personally hence no damage whatsoever.
From the start of my queries and later my order, to their delivery, were handled by Mariam, who have been very helpful all the way.
I would highly recommend “just picture framing online” for their excellent service and cheaper prices overall.

Messed up my order. I had added in the order notes and called them to request them to let me know of any printing issues. They don't care less to double check your original file with what's been printed out. I received a saturated and pixelated print of my deceased grandfather's photo, that is to be used at his upcoming funeral service and hung up in my house (I had added this to the notes so they could take more caution with printing as my family and I would prefer it be done correctly).

I reached out to their team and was met with very rude customer service by Ali. Ali is very dismissive and kept speaking over me, even when I asked him to let me speak. Then he accuses me of trying to get a freebie? Well no, I'm just following my consumer right, which is to have my faulty order redone correctly and sent back to me.

At first they admitted to their printer saturating the photo, but then deny any amendment or refund to the order. At last, they've said they'll fix it if I return the photo and pay postage myself. As the customer who's received a faulty order, shouldn't the business pay for the return postage and then send it back once it's been fixed up? I can't even drive there because their warehouse a 1.5 hour drive away.

All photo evidence has been sent to them to show what they did wrong but all they can do is blame the customer. To be honest, I doubt they even looked at the evidence I sent them via email because if they did, they'd notice their mistake and not argue this much.

(If I could post up a photo of the saturation and pixelation they've done on my grandfather's photo, displaying how much they've messed up, I would. However, I prefer to keep the photo's privacy)

I have been using Just Picture Framing for the last two years. Custom frames arrived on time as specified Quick response to queries made. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

I ordered a frame for my husbands Lego picture that had come from the UK. This was for his "Lego room". They did an absolutely perfect job. The frame arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. It looks wonderful, better than expected. Highly recommend.

Absolute legends. I randomly called asking for some help, looking for help with installing new d-rings and cable to hang existing frames (which was done by others, many moons ago).

Unfortunately with restrictions with COVID19, instore assistance was not available. But to my pleasant surprise, was told to come by the store to collect what I needed. When asked about the charge or cost, the response was surprising (in the best way possible) : it was to be free and ready waiting whenever I could stop by and visit. Amazing. I did just that, dropped by and there was someone there to greet me, show me how to tie the string and a small bag of string and d rings. No charge.

That is how you win over new customers. With basic, simple and friendly customer service. My next framing project will be with Just Picture Framing, and I certainly look forward to the experience.
