Just went to the store today to get some jeans, not sure what exactly I was looking for & I got the best customer service from BIPAN, who made me feel welcome from the moment I came in, was very nice & very helpful with helping me to choose the right jeans! At one point I thought I lost my phone somewhere in the store, Bipan did not hesitate and helped me to find it! I like the jeans here.
But I hate going here.
Because every time I just spend the whole time being asked by the same staff members repeatedly if I want their help.
I don't. I told you the first time. Literally 90 seconds ago. That one question was the helpful amount of questions.
I had 2 staff approach me 5 times in a 5 minute visit.
I left without buying anything only because I wanted them to stop.

Literally the worst experience ive ever had in a store ever.got absolutely Harassed by an employee who asked me at least nine or ten times if i wanted help and every time i said no.i understand if you’re working on commission or whatever but every time i so much as took a step she was there asking me if i needed help or if she could get a size out that i was perfectly capable of reaching myself.read the room.the only reason this isnt one star is because i could at least find what i wanted.

The 2 female sales assistants were amazingly helpful & polite. I hope the management are aware of how good they are. I visited the store at 12: 30pm on Saturday, May 7.
I left with 4 pairs of jeans.
These ladies took the pain out of shopping. They are both a credit to Just Jeans.

Went in here to find jeans and they don’t have sizes over 30 waist size in jeans.
Women size 12 won’t find jeans that fit.why is clothes made only for women under 30 years old?

Asked for assistance, the clerk was busy (two customers, three clerks) stood there at the counter waiting after the customers left and the three of them just ignored me. No choice but to walk out of the store.

Several times now the staff at Just Jeans Broadway have helped me find what I'm looking for, even when I'm not sure what that is haha

Same kinds of designs as many other clothing stores at the moment, Just different brands. It's hard to stick around taking your time to look around though as the background music is way too loud.nightclub music playing isnt really a comfortable shopping experience.

Love this shop! Such a great range of styles and colours, it makes me keep coming back for more. I bought really nice t-shirts and denim jackets here for the summer. I've just been back again for some items for autumn. I was served by Jackson, who is absolutely fantastic, very helpful and friendly. An overall great shopping experience.
