We initially asked Dave two quotes for two different occassion. Yet his customer service is outstanding! Dave is very responsive and we received the quote quickly.
We needed to get our flooring replaced within the Christmas break 2020. Dave was able to fit in a time to remove the carpets and place in new floors.
The price is competitive.
Customer Service is excellent.
Am happy with the quality of installation.
4 bedroom, a formal lounge & formal dining was completed in a day.
The contractors was clean. All had to do was vacuum.
The only constructive feedback I would throw out there is slightly improve the communication. However, I do understand they were pretty busy during Christmas break so to get the things done within the extended timeframe, I'm ok with it.

Would we consider going back? Defintely and have already recommended to my neighbour.

Just Floors Castle Hill is the first shop I walked into looking for carpet. I did not need to look anywhere else. Dave is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I quickly found what I liked but took more time to look at other samples. During that time Dave assisted other customers. I was impressed with the information he was giving other customers regarding flooring - one customer was just looking for supply, another exploring supply and install. Dave said much of his business comes from word of mouth - which is what I want to hear. During the measure Dave said my doors would need to be shaved as the new carpet and underlay were much thicker - he provided a complete service. Luckily only the wardrobe doors need adjusting - carpenters stopped by the same day of installation to check that job. I had Joe as the installer and his work mate. They were efficient, personable and gentle with their work. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you. I do recommend Just Floors Castle Hill. Tina

I had bamboo floorboards installed by Just Floors about 8 years ago and they did a great job. Just recently wanted to extend the bamboo flooring upstairs and replace the carpet in the bedrooms. This was a relatively small job but Dave was more than happy to help me out. Dave took the time to match the bamboo and was a great communicator, he always let me know when the flooring guys were coming. Highly recommended.

We have just had new flooring installed in our new home and we can not be happier with the result from the first time we walked into the store until the floors were installed they have been very professional and met our needs, time frames and demands.

From the selection process, last minute changes to install, the team at Just Floors have worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly and just what we wanted, the installation team were extremely careful and professional and prompt, they left our home clean and tidy and made sure that everything was done the way we wanted and made sure it was done to meet our time frames.
