A very nice cut today by Hamid. Professional and friendly.appreciated it very much.

My hair was shoulder length because I couldn't decide what to do with it. Hamid looked carefully, and chatted with me about what I wanted. He did a lovely neat and tidy cut, and then when i asked he shortened the back length a little, which pleased both of us. Thanks Hamid. I will be back.

I’m extremely disappointed with my hair cut. I told the lady who was cutting my hair (i didn’t get her name) that I only wanted 5cm cut and I told her that I know I have more split ends but I was trying to grow out my hair so I didn’t want more than 5cm. She seemed like she understood but then cut nearly 10cm. She was also quite rude and kept making unnecessary comments about my hair. It was also way overpriced, $45 for a trim.

Very friendly staff. Brilliant with kids. My kids love going there, they get great haircuts. Fast too!

Worst experience

I wanted a max of 10cm off of my hair, since it takes super long to grow out. My hair previously reached the middle of my back and now it just goes over my shoulder.
She cut the 10cm at the start and then ended up cutting at least another 10-15cm while layering and when I expressed my concern about how short they were, she said 'it 's just my perception' and 'I'm following the steps'.
To top it all off, she pulled on my ear piercing so bad that it was bleeding, which she commented with 'I didn't see it' and 'It was red before'. (It wasn't red and also, how would you know if you didn't see it?)

I’m so happy with the service here. They guarantee if you’re not happy with your hair cut, you can come back in 7 days with receipt and they’ll get it fixed, and they keep their words! I got really fussy and stubborn hair and it’s my first time to be here before Christmas, when we were done I was bit concerned it does not feel good for me, the hairstylist suggested it will look better after washing, unfortunately it did not happen. I came back and the hairstylist hear me out of all my concerns and my preference, and discussed with me how she’s going to get it right, and almost give me a fresh hair cut! I’m so happy with the result and the way they deal with it, I believe this is why they have confidence to offer this guarantee and make me feel happy to come back.

The hairdresser lady was aggressively selling me products the whole time i was getting my hair cut. At the end of it, i told her "it's good, i'll think about it". She huffed angrily and said she has talked so much with me, it was wasted.
What sort of customer service is this? Appalling! They just lost a customer, i'm never going back.

As most just cut branches this one was great too. Even though the cut wasn’t perfect the first time, the team offered to re-do my cut and got it right the second time.

I had my hair cut by Emmy over the weekend. Very approachable, friendly & professional. She took the time to really understand how I wanted my hair to look, and was full of hair care advice as she chopped away. Very happy with the service and will be back again, and again!
