Just Cuts Chatswood Chase

I just went today for straight hair cut and fringe. She did shorter than what o told plus uneven. Forced me to pay cash and my credit card was working. I wasted 37 dollars and have to wait for my hair to grow back. I am looking ugly now. I will never ever go to justcuts again.

After being deprived of a haircut during lockdown, I decided I could not wait any longer and got my hair sorted. It was quick, no drama, just perfect. Thanks for a great service.

The guy literally spent only 5 minutes on the job and it shows as this was the worst uneven mess i have ever seen. For $25 that's a sham.

Horrible disqusting staff don’t even listen to what u ask for and I hated it. I’m not even 18 but I don’t care I have had it I grew my hair out to get a middle part and they shaved everything off what the heck.

Worst hair cut! The old guy was rude. Hurting my son by pulling his hair! Didn’t layer hair and didn’t clean up bottom line. I want my money back! And get that unprofessional guy out of there

Worst hair salon I have ever been to. Went there with my son to get his haircut by the male hairdresser with glasses, only to see this terribly uneven trim at the base of his hair. We went back to request for an even cut, to which the same hairdresser accepted. However, he made no request for him to wear a hairstyling cape and sit down for a proper clean up, and instead stood on his tippy toes in the middle of the salon to finish the job - creating an unprofessional mess. I don't think $32 on a simple job that was done with limited quality is worth it.

I went to get a blowdry yesterday and that was the WORST BLOWDRY ever got. I even asked if that 'll stay atleast 4-5 hours and he said yeah it will but it didnt even last 30 mins and my hair was back to normal. I have paid $35 and got the best blowdry last stayed for 1 day and i paid $55 cash, because their eftpos wasn't working ofcourse.and i 100% deserve a REFUND. NEVER VISITING JUST CUTS AGAIN!

I had to leave before receiving any service, the bloke didn't understand anything I was saying. I wasn't expecting this in a franchise. Go at your own risk.

Love this, for only 35 bucks I go here every few months for a quick trim. I’m a mum and I literally have no time, there’s no bookings needed for this place and I just go in, find my fav hairdresser there and he sits me down and cuts my hair within 10 mins I’m done! Got my hair trimmed today and he finished before I even uploaded a photo on my Instagram! So efficient and nice service and so cheap! Love it Esp for a busy mum like me!

Me and my sister visited on Thursday and were quoted a price, came back on today Saturday and they were going to charge us a different higher price, thankfully one of the guys working rectified the issue. As for the blow dries I was happy with my mine but the guy who done my sisters hair was just awful started to use the straightener on her hair and it hadn’t been fully dried! Awful finish on her hair and he complained how thick her hair was. Won’t be returning.

NOT A PLACE FOR GIRLS. PLEASE DO NO BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS where they say that they have expert hairdressers. I went for a haircut yesterday and I haven't slept well last night so I'm writing this review. My hair was cut by a man at the salon and I had very long hair before the cut. I was willing to try something new with layers and that man just tied my hair with a rubberband at the back and just cut them straight and extremely short with no layers at all. At the end, he just cum them unevenly from some place to make it look like layers. I was surprised when he was done in JUST 5 mins. PLEASE TRUST ME that they do not have the experience to cut women hair. It was a disaster. I will never recommend it to anyone. Also, they charged me 32$ which was a huge waste of money.

The main guy there. Terrible first hair cut. Goes so fast but no quality in his workmanship. Trying to finish too quick without really looking at his work. Had to go back to get it fixed up and made him go slower. His excuse was it looked fine and when I did question him the first time he said it was because I had lumps in my head. No buddy. It is because you didn't take your time!

Had a good quick service but the hairstylist didn’t have the touch with the machine as I requested use number 2 to 3 and left my hair uneven looks patchy. May be the guys there need more training? For $38 with wash is not worth it.

I was extremely unhappy with the hair cut that I received. I merely asked for a trim of my hair & ended up receiving an uneven cut that looked as though a child had cut my hair! See pictures below

Huge rip off!
Only spent about 5 mind on my hair and no layers at all! When asked to put in some layers, the hairdresser just rushed for another one minute and declared a job done!
Only ever care about getting an much $$$ as possible in set time!

Obviously don't go here if you want to get anything sophisticated. But for a standard haircut as a man, it's absolutely fine.

Not good (and that's being nice) 1 hairdresser at the salon at lunchtime the busiest time of day. He was more worried about the 2 other people waiting in line, gave me what felt like a 5 min haircut, left me with hair all over me, fringe not cut properly and had the hide to charge me $31. Only worth $10 for 5 min, 15 -20 min and a better haircut I don't mind paying.good one Just (5min) Cuts.

I was in this show for 4 to 5 min and charged me $31.00 what a rip off!
I will never go to another just cuts it recommend hem to anyone.

Don’t go here I went for a hair cut, asked for it to be layered and they made me get a wash and then cut it way too short - much shorter than what I asked for! Waste of time and money will not go back to this place. It is shocking service.

Don't go there everyone. I have the worst haircut experience ever, very bad service, and cost $31. Not even worth $10.
