Just Cuts Broadway

This was my worst experience getting a haircut. I requested a specific style, asking for just edges to be trimmed and the sides adjusted. Unfortunately, despite reminding the stylist twice and being told they would confirm before cutting the front, my hair ended up being cut much shorter than I wanted. It seems there was a misunderstanding, leading to a disappointing result.

Well I needed a fresh style, a new haircut as I hadn't had one for awhile. Went in was greeted kindly by Mary with her lovely Irish accent and gentle manner. Mary a seasoned hair dresser understood perfectly the look I wanted and created an even better style that suits me perfectly. I love the layers they are so versatile I can create different looks I'm so grateful for Mary she's a wonderful and warm genuine woman. Shes Brilliant at haircutting, I love the feeling of my hair, it looks funky and makes me feel confidant and Beautiful. Mary your Amazing Thankyou I highly recommend her skills, her personality is lovely too, I feel like and look like I had a very expensive haircut from a fancy salon. But Just Cuts at Broadway have the best staff and the best value!

Had a trim and a fringe done. Loved talking with the guy (forgot to ask his name) there today. He's a gem, a lovely soul, and such a great hairdresser as well as knowledgeable about what I have to treat my hair with as I asked him, so will go back for some products.

Came to get a haircut spoke with Carol told her how I thought i would like my style and ended up saying to her whatever she thinks is best and I'm so glad I did she ended up doing such an amazing cut so happy with the service and carols expertise thankyou so much I feel like a new person with such a fresh style cut

Worst customer service EVER. Not listening to the customer. Prefers to look at herself in the mirror. I will never go there again or recommend to anyone. They need to work on everything including their haircut.

Had such a lovely experience with my hair stylist Karen. Such a lovely lady to chat to. She did a great job on my hair and an amazing scalp massage.

Came here today for a trim, asked for some light layers and got told it was impossible to do, while telling me my hair was horrible & laughed about it. She didn’t even wet my hair while cutting the split ends off. A dry cut that came out uneven and it only took 4 minutes. Incredibly disappointing

Avoid this place at all costs. Worst staff and service ever! I just got a hair trim. They even managed to mess that up! Worst hair experience!

Santos is the best. He knows how to cut a women's hair. Oh and he also gives the best head massages ever.

Great price for a quick cut as advertised. You want more like shampoo and conditioner, costs more. Not everyone wants a shampoo. Great people too. Know what they are doing.

I left a 5 star review 2 years ago, but the quality went down significantly and I hated the haircut and the attitude last four times. My friends commented “how did you ruin your hair? Did you do it yourself? ”
Well I do much better with my own hair clipper…
Cut the story short, hairdressers do not ask enough questions and they make assumptions (giving outdated hair styles). Even though I said do not make it short, they gave me a buzzcut.

First terrible experience: hairdresser forgot to use the correct number and gave me a skin close haircut! Although he said sorry, but the hair was ruined.

Second terrible experience: hairdresser assumed that a long front and short back would look good on me like Tin Tin! I had to come home and use hair clipper to fix it. But the back was ruined.

Third terrible experience: Hairdresser gave me a buzzcut and although I said many times please do not make it short! She continued and made it shorter “short looks good on you! ”

Also, stop aggressive selling. I use high quality products and my hair is getting healthier, and there is the hairdresser who always say my hair is dry and unhealthy and the solution is using your products (I purchased a few and I experienced hair loss)

Not going there anymore. You lost one loyal customer. Up your game just cuts Broadway!

Don't even bother or waste ur time there

A middle aged asian woman (with reddish brown & gray hair) was supposed to cut my hair
I was sitted & just before she started cutting my hair, the hair clip fell on the floor

Now This is EXACTLY what she did next

She bent down and grabbed it from the dirty floor & initiated to clipp it back in to my hair!

I immediately yelled at her & stormed off

I am now thinking seriously of contacting fair trade or even health inspection

Took my 11 year old daughter for wash, trim and blow dry at just cuts in Broadway today as a treat. Took 1cm off the length. A very basic long hair cut with blow dry cost $84! Gobsmacked. Will never go back. Chatswood branch was better and cheaper.

Segregation & discrimination at its peak. Medical Apartheid in practice. I was waiting at the front of the shop for my friend who was getting a haircut, the man in charge asked me to take ONE step out of the shop unless I checked in using the QR code. How disgusting the lengths such shops would go to enforce such pharisaic mandates that hold no basis in human rights and law or medical science.

I went to just cuts at Broadway today (Santo) normally is the one I ask for but today 22/10/2021 was his day off, so I asked for Mary she cut my hair and wow was I amazed what a great hair cut she gave me. Thank you Mary for taking such care.

I travel to Sydney every so often and of late go to Just Cuts at Broadway. Been very happy with all my cuts. Today Santo cut it, luv my shorter Bob. See you in 6 weeks Santo. Thank you!
