Held my car for 3 days with no communication other than what I initiated. Ended up not fixing my problem, had to take to a more professional garage.

Massively over charged - dishonest. Charged $760 to replace a $70 car part which was unrelated to the problem - which was the car stalling. Took my car to another local mechanic - They were appalled at what we had been charged. And were extremely generous and kind in contrast- AND actually FIXED the problem for half the price.

Positive "no worries, can do" attitude and Terry respects all his customers, even if they are 'once-offs' like me!

Best service I've ever received, I went to three other places before finding Just Cars and none of them fixed the problem, two days with Terry (the owner) and the problem was solved, and I haven't had a problem since, I've referred my family to him and it's safe to say none of us will ever go elsewhere
