Laila was my trainer and she was superb! I enjoyed tge training so much and i am going to be a much better Food Safety Supervisor.

I was doing my s2/s3 training through these people because it was a work requirement. I did all the written work, multiple choice and short answer questions and submitted my work to be marked. So I booked my verification call. I waited awhile, and got no call.

I called support and after being on the phone with them for 20 minutes they turned around and said “yeah you’re not in our system”. Seriously? I sent an email to support of my invoice so they can backtrack and see when my employer signed me up. I got no response from that email.

I sent them another email after I logged in and discovered that they completely wiped my dashboard, and all my work had been deleted as if I never did it to begin with. I still have no response from them.

Do not do a course through these people online. They’re hopeless and a waste of time.

I tried to book a verification call to complete my course however I waited 2 weeks and still no one calls me

It was an amazing experience I ever had, the tutor was amazing person as she was very helpful. As well as Jasmine was very understanding person. I just wanna thank these guys for this support.

Belle was an awesome teacher. Made the first aid course super interesting and I felt like I learnt a lot - feeling comfortable to help people in need!

I really felt the lack of support from this company. I signed up to do pharmacy. Unfortunately a month after I signed up, I had multiple family members die, some that were traumatic to me. I couldn't do the course, so I asked for help, if I could defer the course or something. Only one email got answered and it was a bunch of money figures, very basic and lacking in support.
I felt if had received more support I might have be able to do it but alas, no.

People were amazing. From the front desk to our teacher, Belle. It was fun, relaxing and now I know first aid:)

Amazing Traning centre.
Kayla as trainer was excellent with Traning and very good with the students.
Will recommend as a student to take training from this place.

Belle Colak is an Excellent teacher and all informations I have learned today are useful and really refresh my previous training

Just finished my course and thank you for Kayla for being the best course trainer and helping me finish all of my work on time I would recommend this place a 100 times to any one. ️?

The African guy who was giving the course started the course threatening me several times in a very rude manner to kick me out of the class if I keep drink my cup of tea. After talking this issue with other employee in the facility he step back.
Rest of the employees did their job just fine, were nice and friendly.
The course itself is very meaningless, it could be taught in 2 hrs time top, feels like a waste of time, but that’s probably government fault.

The course I did went really well. Belle did a great job with instructing us with all the information we needed for the course!

I love the ways my Teacher (Kayla) Teached me. She always help me when I need assistance and always answer all of my questions and also explain everything clearly and patiently to make sure everyone understands and put everyone on truck She's (Kayla)
Everyday She make everyone happy in class she's very friendly, Kind, respectful and love to share her experiences which made me learnt more then I was expecting to learn
One of the best and helpful teacher I have met in my life I really recommend everyone to do their course in Just Careers Training with Kayla!

Shouldn’t have used this one to do my Food supervisor cert.it was so complicated to complete the task. They just kept asking to re-attempt the quiz.
