Jumping Mad castles and party hire

Horrible customer service and unprofessional! Booked a month in advance, on the day of my sons 1st birthday party they called to tell us that they would be running 30min late which we were fine with, annoyed but fine. 5min later they called to tell us that the jumping castle we booked had a tear in it and if we would like a different castle and confirmation would be needed with the boss, they would call back in 10min, we said okay. We never heard back, we tried contacting them and no answer. We wanted this to be a lovely feature for my sons 1st birthday and entertainment for the kids. Very upset with the lack of communication and customer service. DONT BOOK!

If only I had read this companies reviews from the start! What an absolute waste of time. Do yourself a favour and save the hassle of having to dealing with such incompetence.

As a 47 year old, I personally enjoyed this a lot. A lot of children were there and it made it a lot more fun. Smash (The bouncy castle not the kids).

There was some creepy old 47 year-old man there, no idea what he was doing. Maybe he also loved bouncing? Honestly no idea

Booked months ahead of the party and confirmed three days out. On the day Jumping Mad was uncontactable and unresponsive to messages. Needless to say, this was disappointing on the day of the birthday party.

The vendor seems to get kicks from making children sad.

Managed to book last minute with Austin Jumping Castles. Recommend them!

So disappointed their communication is beyond poor! We hired a jumping castle last week and it is still hear ruining my grass. I have tried calling, emailing and texting,

It’s pegged into the ground and heavy so not something we can remove ourselves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We are disgusted in the service that we got. Communication prior wasn’t to bad however come the day prior I had to chase them and then they didn’t even turn up. No calls, no message nothing. Do not use them. Kids will be left heart broken when they think something is coming. Very very annoyed.

This company took our money and did a no show on my daughters 1st bday and won't answer any calls or reply to my messages. Pathetic excuse of a company

What an absolute waste of time! They didn't even turn up after confirming. My son was looking forward to a jumping castle for his party. We called on the day several times almost a dozen and no one answered. Left messages and not even a call back. Just a warning to all who are planning to hire them that even If you do email amd they confirm, they will not turn up to your party at all. So forget abou hiring them esp if you are liasing with a person named Pree.

After reading all their bad reviews I gave them a shot due to their prices. Surprisingly their fast response and reassurance via phone call was quite good. I guess its not all bad after all. Thanks guys.

Don’t waste your time. They don’t even bother to show up even after confirming. Refused to answer any phone calls or texts on the day to find out if they were coming.
Luckily we were able to find another company on the day.

Terrible customer service - have been trying to confirm my booking for the last three days - and they won't confirm leaving me no time to get a replacement for this weekend. Would never consider using them again.

Don't Waste your time! Worst customer service ever! The guy shows up at 9am, instead of the agreed time of 12.30pm i confirmed 3 times, and as this was a surprise party, the surprise was ruined. Its now 5 days later and no one has come to pick up! No one answering my text msgs or picking up the phone after calling and calling!

We had my nieces birthday yesterday and the guy did not even show up after my sister had spoken to the guy and confirmed he did not even return her calls as she called multiple times and even left him a Facebook message very I profession thankfully we found a last minute jumping castle from another company and also cheaper and a bigger castle do not
recommended this company very proffesional I would not even give him one star

Reading the reviews we’ve been lucky enough they brought the jumping castle in. However, due to the uncertain weather we asked for a castle with top cover and they brought one without. They didn’t show up to pick up the jumping castle after the party at the agreed time. They didn’t pick up the phone for 5 days. We only had a text message saying they couldn’t come over to pick it up because of the rain. It didn’t matter the castle was killing my lawn. To get attention, we made up a request on Facebook to hire a castle and they replied in 10 minutes. Once they have the money they don’t care anymore about the customer.

We booked a castle for our twins and they did not turn up. On the day I tried ringing them but I was unable to get through on any of their numbers. I even tried email but no one responded. My kids were so disappointed. It is appalling conduct especially for a business. Avoid disappointment by avoiding this business.

My cousin booked this company for her sons birthday party and they were a complete no show. No response back either. They clearly aren’t fazed they could be ruining a kids birthday, I wouldn’t take the risk with them

I used these guys for my daughters third birthday party on the weekend and was a huge success. From booking the castle to delivering it and picking it up, it was so easy and the guys were lovely. Will definitely use again.
