JUMP! Swim Schools St Marys

Amazing school, we adore ms rochelle she has helped our daughter come so far! All the ladies are so friendly and approachable. Clean and spacious facility and very accomodating to each childs needs.

I’m so happy we found Jump. My daughter started swimming lessons just after her 1st birthday in 2022 at another local centre, it was my first experience with swimming lessons so I knew no different. After about 9-10 months I started to question if we were making any progress (hardly even submerged under water during that time) so I did a trial lesson at Jump to see what was the standard across the board. And my goodness, even just walking into the centre - I knew it was the right choice! The staff are so lovely, super inviting with lots of space and change areas, and child friendly with their seasonal decorations and fishies. My daughter Isla has made amazing progress and absolutely loves swimming. We adore our teacher, Britt! She is definitely a huge reason why Jump is now our home for swimming. She loves the kids like her own & is the biggest supporter of all the kids in her classes.

Updated review: there are now more than one swimming pool and the place looks good. The teachers are very good at teaching. My kid started since 3 months to almost 2 and loving the lesson! I would recommend this place since it got such a friendly environment for both the kids and parents.

10/10 For the instructors! Both my children aged 6 & 3 could not swim. Within a time frame of 2 months (1 lesson each per week) my children can now swim and have learnt the basics including water safety! My children have experienced other neighbouring centres which teach with the assistance of Floaties and did not learn to swim at all as the instructors heavily relied on use of Floaties and did not once put the children in the pool or allow them to swim without them. Jump St Marys does it the right way! The wait list is long but be persistent as there is no other place like here!

What a great place. Visited with my grand children whilst they were doing swimming classes. Facility is great, showers, change rooms, and pool. Great teachers, really lovely.

My daughter started her swimming journey here when she was 1. Alyssa was an amazing swim instructor and made great progress with my daughter and she is very confident in the water. We like how the lessons feel intimate however with the parents swimming with the children if there are 6 children swimming in the class it does feel too crowded.

Super friendly, super understanding. The lesson was fun and the small intimate class was perfect for my 6 month old. Highly recommend!

Racheal at the desk was so friendly and good to talk to. Lee and the other lady who helped with my son, on pretty much what was his first real attempt were amazing. Looking forward to seeing u guys every week. Cheers

I decided to give 2 stars due to 1 month waiting after requesting to put me back in class as I took a break due to the pandemic.
Not sure if the management has changed. I rang up and talked to Rachel after sending messages also sending emails as there was no reply. I asked if I can get back in to swimming class as Covid 19 has relaxed. Rachel replied back that she will organize the time to put me back on Saturday. I was waiting for a month, not even giving me a deadline when I can get back. I have sent a message 3 days ago for my last attempt still no reply.
I'm just fed up with this.
The lesson was fully paid.
It will be great if there is better management.
Otherwise the lessons I had in the past are great as I have improved my swimming skill.

Incredible lessons, affordable price. Flexible hours, flexible amount of lessons. Friendly staff and visible results within first few weeks.

After only 3 sessions u gave seen such an improvement compared to other schools we've been to - Thank you teacher Sam. Loved the fact they not only teach how to swim but what happens in worse case and what they should do if they fall in. Lovely and friendly staff all round.

We have been going to Jump for almost two months and cannot fault them! The staff are amazing they always go above and beyond to help, great facilities and of course great swim teachers.

Myself and my 2 daughter abosutely love Jump swim school. The lessons are amazing and nice and small amount of children. Its a beautiful swim centre with the most amazingly friendly staff and teachers that are always there to lend a helping hand when needed. Love the amazinf reception staff there to always friendly, polite, helpful and funny. My kids enjoy it so much. Honestly if your looking for thay special swimming place JUMP is the place to be

This place is amazing like AMAZING they have so much to offer and they are so patience when it comes to kids that are scared of the water and they make everyone and anyone feel welcome we have had a couple of swimming instructors and they have all been awesome if you are looking for somewhere for your kids for swimming classes i 110% recommend to give jump a chance because you won't regret it?

My daughter started here lessons the first day jump opened and we are still loving our lessons.she has improved so much and at 3 years old can swim all by herself.the place is so clean and friendly. I can’t recommend enough. All the staff are wonderful! We feel so welcome from the minute we walk in the door!

I wouldn't recommend any other place but jump st Mary's for anyone to take their kids to learn how to swim everyone down there are so welcoming miss Lee is great and it's always good to have a chat with Amy at the desk on the way in or out they all make you feel like they have known you forever jump st Mary's is the place to go

Joined the jump family when my son was 4 months old, they have helped him become confident in the water with different skills & swimming techniques, The staff are super friendly & welcoming.
Facilities are super clean & the play area is great for entertaining the kiddies before & after their swim.
Would recommend jump st marys to all my friends & family.
Will definitely not disappoint.

Found one of the staff members to be quiet rude and not very helpful. My child enjoys swimming but that one staff member at recepition seriously needs to change her bad attitude towards people and be more polite i wouldn't trust a person like that that speaks to a parent with attitude work around my child. The swim instructors are okay.
