The best of the 3 outdoor gyms in the Shire - others are Don Lucas Reserve (Cronulla) and Prince Edward Park (Woronora) Doesn't have everything it could have, but you can do pushups, pullups, dips and inverted rows (plus more). If indoor gyms are closed and you don't have a home gym you can come here to do some bodyweight exercises, which is essential to maintaining muscle and strength.

The grass area has been wet from current rain council workers have heavy vehicle accross grass causing heavy indentations in the area.dont go in when dont have to be a genius
