Can do attitude, gets it done!
Jay has sold a couple of properties for myself and another family member recently.
Accommodates customers and makes time to do what has to be done to find a buyer / seller the best suitable solution in an efficient timeframe.
Sold my house for a great result before reaching the market, in fact so quickly sale agreed upon prior to completion of some small finishing touches to renovations were complete.

Jay and the team at JST Realty have been extremely professional and their friendly attitude towards us enabled us to feel very comfortable, asking to view the house several times. There was absolutely no pressure at all, this enabled us to make a very clear decision. Jay has complete knowledge of the area, the people and services, he has intimate knowledge of the land in and around Muswellbrook which was a very important to us as we didn’t know the area. All around a fantastic team.

Just like Raine & Horne and LJ they have absolutely no understand of the new tenancy act of 2019 and ignore that it even exists.

Its a guarantee you will be taking any of these agents to the tribunal as the purposely “loose” information to and blame things on new employees as justification for their mistakes.

Edit: then you might want to remove the jts signs out front of rentals rather then flat out lying and playing dumb, 3 years and more then 20 rentals, the next claim will be people are just reusing your signs.

Love that you respond within 10 mins of another fellow agency, not like you’s work together or anything no.
