Shocking service spoke another language in front of me. Coat came back burnt with a hole in it. No responsibility, no apology, no refund! They even got their lawyer daughter to phone me which I thought was intimidating and breached my privacy! I lost my money and my coat! They send the dry cleaning away! Its not worth going there! I rate it no stars

Highly recommended! I took my wedding dress and my partner's suit which were so dirty from all the mud (the whole hem of the wedding dress had dried stained mud) and J. T Cronulla Laundrette were able to get it sparkling clean and looks brand new! Thank you so much for fixing my dress!

J. T Laundry has been looking after myself my family and my business for over a decade. I can not recommend them highly enough. Joyce and Bill have helped me through broken washing machine laundry, no washing machine laundry, excess washing of towels from my beauty salon. They have often saved my sanity! They are both so kind and understanding.
I trust them with my formal wear that needs dry cleaning and my bedding in between seasons.

I left cotton suit jacket and skirt for dry cleaning and dress for cleaning and repair. Skirt was returned with dirt-marks everywhere. The whole fabric of the jacket was damaged, looked “scratched”, as if they have used too harsh products for cleaning. The metal piece with brand name was ripped off and there were 2 “rust” marks on the front flap, which were not present when I left the jacket. The small hole on the seam in a dress was stitched in a such an unprofessional way, I thought it was done by a child. They forgot about cleaning the dress.

I've had my clothes washed here before and they've turned out fine so I brought my duvet here to get washed. I specified that it needed to be washed in warm water. When I received it back and brought it home I realised that it was still somewhat dirty. Not really happy with the job as it wasn't cheap getting it washed.

I had a jacket with a few artificial leather parts. I wanted to refresh it before the cold weather, to clean it from some dust and to get rid of a moisture smell. So they’ve returned it to me completely destroyed, dirty and smelly. Everything they’ve told me was: “we have no responsibilities for your clothes, check this sign on the wall”. So I’ve lost money and the jacket.
