2 stars for my past experience with Jt Allen. Amy was my property manager for over a year and everything ok. Not issues.

Isabella as property manager is a real pain. She sends emails with wrong information and request payments 4 days before your payment date. The same with Diana (accounts). They don’t have idea of contract details and have plenty of mistakes. Not reliable at all.

Duncan, Talia, Nicole and the reception team have been fantastic as I secured a rental from them.

They really have shown their commitment to the digital landscape with the application and inspection report being digitised! Thoroughly impressed.

As I was away during the inspection, Talia kindly offered a suitable time for someone to inspect on my behalf. Throughout the process, the team have been easy to deal with and have followed up on any requests.

Overly disappointing experience as a tenant applying for a property. Applied for property ahead of viewing and made about 4 different attempts to text and email to find out when I could view (or book the virtual one) - no response for over a week (at which point the open had been and gone.) Then no response at all to say received application or give feedback it was taken by another applicant. Over four texts and phone calls, all with no response. As a landlord with numerous properties I wouldn’t want me home rented out by them.

They were bad property managers that took so long to fix any issues with the apartment. They are also incredibly petty.

STAY AWAY FROM JT ALLEN.

We recently had the benefit of working with Tal and the team at JT Allen Real Estate in Double Bay to produce their Open For Inspection Sign Board flags. It was a pleasure working with them and I am sure that they would offer an outstanding real estate service to their local community.

Ryan Rubenstein and Joshua Allen were able to get me a very good price for my unit - despite nervous buyers and rising interest rates! They are extremely knowledgeable about the area and about the buyers, and I really appreciated their openness and honestly. Both Ryan and Josh provided regular updates on progress and gave me good advice. They made the stressful process of selling my home go as smoothly as it could. Not having rented before and looking to move into the Cronulla area, I applied to lease an apartment from JT Allen Real Estate.

Nicole Sirtes (the Property Manager) was so patient and accommodating with me and responded so quickly to my many questions. Throughout the lease period, If I ever needed anything, she addressed it super quickly.

The only reason I have left the apartment is I've been fortunate enough to purchase my own place. Even at the closure of my lease, Nicole processed my Bond Application in record time to have my Bond returned promptly.

I would not hesitate to give my property to Nicole and her team to manage – their level of service is unparalleled.

Josh is very professional and reliable person. We have missed to purchase a unit in Vaucluse that we were very keen to purchase, however, he brought us another opportunity to purchase a unit in the same building a few week later. He worked hard for us to negotiate with the vendor and make a deal. Not only sales, he has a great team to manage property, and found an excellent tenant quickly. We are happy to purchase a property from him and asking his rental team to manage it.

We were very impressed by their professional service. All team members were very supportive and provided a quick response to any queries we had. We highly recommend JT Allen Real Estate!
