Arthur chucked in his computer to my WM Statesman and, within minutes, found the problem. He fixed it and removed warning lights from my dashboard that had been coming up for goodness knows how long. Previous mechanic who worked on car obviously didn't care about the cars safety and well-being.

Our car had started to make weird noises and shuddering within the engine bay, scary but after having work done, car was still not running right, got a heads up on these guys at JSB Auto who had great reviews. These guys have a believability and thoroughness of knowledge that gives you such confidence in them and the work they do. Awesome service with JSB. I came in hoping to get a pink slip sorted for my car and had an inspection done by Arthur. He gave me a run down on all the things that needed to be fixed before passing the safety check which meant I needed to come back the following week for extra repairs to be done. The morning of, my car didn't start and I called roadside assistance who jump started me but didn't mention anything about my battery. I mentioned this to Arthur once I brought my car back and he offered to have a look at the battery to make sure everything was okay. I left the car at the shop and he called me twice - first to check in on which tyre I preferred and the price of each (which was great to come across as most mechanics jump to get the most $), and secondly to explain what happened to my battery and asked if I wanted it replaced rather than going ahead with it without my permission. I figured it would be best to get it fixed and he was happy to go above and beyond to replace it with such little notice. It was great to come across genuine people who put in the extra effort to help you understand your car. Will definitely make them my regular mechanic!

Arthur looked after my car which sadly had to be sent to the wreckers. He was more than helpful and thorough on checking what was wrong which many other mechanics were not. I will be going back for sure. Great service and helpful on any questions. Knowledgeable too.

Was recommended JSB by a work colleague and the service was unbelievable. The mechanic I was frequenting my car to was not doing the job and after we moved I booked my car for a service and was given the advice to scrap it. Then comes JSB. I have never seen so much enthusiasm and passion. My engine was full of sludge and was smoking ALOT. Not only did they take the time to look at it properly they made it a their mission to save it! There was no car shaming or a blame game, they worked out what was up and did the repairs. I was looking at a new engine or new car which i was in no position to pay for, but after I went to JSB saved me thousands and maybe for a new car tens of thousands because I have a large family. I am forever greatful. I don't do ratings and never thought I'd do one for mechanics but 100% they will do my services from now on and I'm about 60 km away. Can't thank them enough and the mechanics are gentlemen.
