I applied for a marketing manager role through JRM and the support I received from Steve was top-tier. While I had previous hospitality experience, Steve really took my CV to the next level as he effectively highlighted my strongest points to the venue's GM, resulting in an interview just one day after our registration meeting. I've decided to accept an offer elsewhere, but thankful for Steve's expertise and patience. Will definitely keep this stellar recruitment agency in mind for future opportunities!

I had such a positive experience with Andy. He supportive, acted as an advocate, easy to work with, thorough, timely, and knowledgeable.

Normally I don't leave reviews for employers because it's awkward. But JRM is different. The biggest thing for me is the approachability and 'treating me like a human being and not an employee ID' of the office and management of the place. Feels like I'm part of a team of equals.

The owner of JRM is one of most humble guys I've met. Literally worked beside him on one of my starting shifts while he was doing grunt chef work and has no idea he was my boss until someone told me. He see's himself as one of us so that's telling for the philosophy of the whole org.

Becoming exposed to highly skilled people, and run by caring managers and attentive higher level staff. I have since realised my past experiences were nothing compared to this place.

Best agency to work for! Everyone at the main office are super helpful and friendly! When we were in lockdown, JRM organised 2 boxes of fruits and vegetables delivered to all the JRM employees. Which was very thoughtful of them!

Awesome staff members and recruiters. They’ve helped a lot with taking care of their workers especially during the pandemic and before. I’ve secured a full-time role as a barista and I couldn’t have done it without them. I’ve been with them for around 5 years.

I’ve experienced working at stadiums (got to see Taylor Swift lol), at corporate buildings as a boardroom staff or barista, and gorgeous harbour-view events earning one of the best rates in the hospitality industry.

During the pandemic they we’re generous enough to offer all of their staff a care package with a month worth of groceries, and bottles of wine.

If you’re an international worker, or tired of applying for jobs, JRM will look after you. You’ll have fun, meet awesome friends, and witness some awesome experiences.

WORST AGENCY TO WORK WITH!

Staff management rude, not supportive, very thoughtless with poor or no hospitality experience at all, just administrative work.
Send you places to work where harassment, racism, bullying, discrimination, segregation, infra human working conditions, happens all the time! Where even going to the toilet is a huge problem! And those situations happening with recognized, respectful and biggest companies of Australia.

In my whole life, haven't been in such an awful circumstances as those experienced as long were whit them. And when you try to report this, the solution is "struggling to understand" and hours reduction!

Utterly and extremely not recommended at all

I was blown away at what they will do to find the right role for candidates! James & Laura presented an amazing amount of useful information and things I hadn't thought about. They spent the time needed with us and we look forward to working with them very soon.
