Joy genuinely cares and she is thoughtful and patient. She has a knack to make you feel relaxed. For my tummy issues, I saw improvements within the session! Have been visiting with my teenage daughter to treat PCOS too. We are blessed to have her treat us!

Where do I start? Joy is an amazing healthcare professional. She genuinely cares and listens and has helped me recover from many different ailments over the years that GPs and specialists could not.
One crazy example is when I suffered from arthritis and severe joint pain for months (I was only 30 at the time and had young children). It was debilitating to the point where I, at certain points in the day, had to crawl on all fours or did not have the strength/was too painful to carry my baby. After referrals and examinations, the rheumatologist I saw could only suggest that I take ongoing anti-inflammatory medication. Joy was able to pinpoint the cause and treat me with a couple sessions of acupuncture and along with a weeks worth of herbs, my ongoing arthritis was completely gone. Needless to say, I was ecstatic and forever grateful for Joy’s knowledge, experience and thoroughness in her care. I don’t even live in Sydney but have purposely flown over just to see her as I have complete trust in her abilities.
I have also tried a couple other traditional medicine practitioners before finding Joy and did not have any luck with results. I’m so glad that I was able to find someone who knows what she’s doing.
