Josh and his team did a fantastic job with our 22 year old cement tile roof. It was looking very jaded. They pressure cleaned, repointed and painted (2 coats) of top quality paint. It looks great. And all for a highly competitive price. Thanks Josh.

Still no refund from Josh, don't send him any money until all the work is done!

I was also conned. Paid for a roof restoration, got a jet wash and silence since. I paid $4,000 for a $300 wash.

Very disappointing to think operators like this still exist, especially ones that don't even seem to care about the law, judging by reviews.

Hopefully you read this before loosing money like I did!

Avoid Josh Hall and his business! He demanded a large deposit for materials, and then barely started the job. Looking back, there were a couple of red flags: he never gave us references when he promised he would; he demanded almost 50% ($4K) up front for materials; the local paint shop said we “have to keep at him or he won’t show up”. Mr Hall washed the roof but said more work needed doing including a moss treatment (ANDS a roof leak mysteriously started after the clean). And then that was it. Numerous dates were set, promises made, but he never showed up again. He never replaced broken tiles, as promised.
He never completed repairs, as promised. We never saw paint anywhere near our roof. We had to contact him to hear a range of excuses. He told us that we were a priority, but he never showed up again. He complained about the weather, when it was sunny.
When we told Josh we were fed up and wanted our deposit back, he told us that he had our paint in his shed - but the national manufacturer and distributor confirmed they had not supplied the specific paint to anyone in the area.
And did I say he does not hold any NSW trade licence AT ALL?

Josh did a fantastic job on our roof restoration - fixed the leaking roof and totally changed the appearance of the house. Great value for money, prompt response & excellent communication throughout the job. Highly recommended.

After a shaky start, due to some dodgy weather (rain & wind), which saw our roof restoration delayed by about 6 weeks, Josh and Tyrone have done an amazing job with what was a really difficult roof pitch. We are thrilled with the result. Josh’s quote was really reasonable and he stuck to it despite the materials costing a little more than anticipated. The only gripe I have was a lack of communication as to when they’d be on site, but given the job they’ve done, I can overlook this minor fault. I definitely will recommend Josh’s business to others.
