Products are good. Wipes are great and Nappies are satisfactory, very absorbent but can leak occasionally. Customer service poor. I did not refer myself with the code as stated in your reply. I explained this to you already.
My baby is only 10 weeks old, going up a size will unlikely fix leaking issues.

Joonya makes my favorite disposable diapers and wipes! We cloth diaper during the day and use disposables at bed time. My little one has never had a rash or any irritation with these diapers or wipes compared to other brands that were deemed non toxic and safe. Great fit and no leaks or blowouts. Also, this companies communication and customer service is amazing.l definitely will continue to buy from Joonya!

The only wipes I’ll ever buy! Organic ingredients. Zero irritation on our baby’s skin. Amazing.

I truly enjoy the diapers! They are so soft and absorb very well. My only complaint is that all the diapers have the same design. So if you have a size 4 and 5 in a diaper bag it is hard to tell them apart. I have to be even more organized to make sure they don’t get mixed up. I am hoping in the future they change this since many parents have multiple little ones in diapers.

We love Joonya wipes, they work great and we feel confident using them on our Littles knowing the ingredients that are in them!

No nasties, which gives us peace of mind. They are also super absorbent, which is fabulous overnight.
Haven't had any nappy rashes and our little one seems happy in them.
Subscription is very helpful as it's cost effective and so easy. We don't have to do a thing, but can always change it when needed for upsizing or to change when the order arrives etc.
Can even pause your subscription if needed.

Our nappies always arrive within days of being dispatched and the customer service from this family run business is exceptional.

My little one is almost a year old and we have been using joonya wipes since she was born. She has not had a rash so far! I started using joonya diapers recently but I really like them. They are not as soft as the luxury diaper brands I was using but they seem very very comfortable for my little one, they hold in a lot and I was really surprised how well they hold poop because they seemed a little thin. I also appreciate the non toxic materials and the quick shipping. Overall very very happy with this company and after trying different diapers I now signed up for a diaper subscription from Joonya.

These are great diapers and my baby seems to find these the most comfortable (meaning less crying when she pees in them compared to other brands). The sizing is great and they hold up during the day and night. They are great while using EC too, meaning that I can reuse them several times in one day and they don't rip or the stickies don't work! I've tried a bunch of them and love these the best. Haven't yet tried their wipes yet.

I’m constantly looking for ways to be more toxin-free and I also want to ensure that my 6 month old who has eczema doesn’t have exterior triggers that cause flare ups. We are loving the diapers and wipes! Her inner thighs and hips have been less irritated and have had less flare ups the last week and we started using Joonya almost a month ago. I like everything about them and love the subscription that keeps them coming in bulk for a rather reasonable price. Thank you!

Hands down the best nappies I have used for my son. They aren’t bulky which is great that’s one of my favourite features. He has sensitive skin and they don’t irritate him at all and they have great absorption.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these to anyone and the design is super cute!
Also love the wipes I don’t use any other brand. It’s important for me to use products that don’t contain any nasties especially with my sons sensitive eczema prone skin. The wipes are wet the whole way through they don’t dry out by the end of the packet like I found with some other brands. Love Joonya products!

Joonya wipes are the best, soft, good size and thick. I love it for my baby as the subscription makes it so easy! Also happy that there are no lock in contracts and the repeat cycle is flexible.
Once my baby starts to crawl, looking forward to trying the nappies as well.

FINALLY an eco nappy that actually works! I’m seriously impressed.
After countless nights of our 5 month old soaking right through his nappy, clothes and sleep suit with other brands (no matter how many times we changed him) I tried Joonya last night and decided to really test it out.
I put the Joonya nappy on at 1am right before a big feed and didn’t change him until 8am (after another big 6am feed) and no soak through. This never happens.
It’s the softest nappy I’ve come across too.
I’m now wondering how I’m going to get through the next few nights until our new order arrives!

I love the wipes! I have been using them on my toddler ever since she was a newborn. They have great ingredients, are non toxic, and smell good.

I had previously given a 5 star review. However the NZ made wipes either do not pull out or pull out in a clump and recently I've had 2 nappies explode at the top front seam of the nappy with pee crystals going everywhere. This happens overnight.

When I told Joonya about these issues I was told that the wipes are now better because they've changed manufacturers and that there have been few reports of the nappies exploding. Despite my daughter being 9.5kg and using the 10-15kg nappies I was told to size up again.

I try to support local businesses who make eco friendly products and I'm happy to pay a premium to do that in exchange for a premium product. However given these issues and the response from Joonya, my honest opinion is that I don't think I could recommend them anymore.

These are the best wipes! They are textured which allows them to clean easier. They don’t have a lot of water sitting at the bottom of the package so you don’t have to wring it out to use it. Only wipes I’ll ever buy!
