Unfortunately, I must echo the other bad reviews of this business. From start to finish I dealt with complete unprofessionalism. One the day the products I hired were delivered (a pop-up marquee, chairs, etc) it was a weekend with heavy rain. I was assured by the lady who delivered it that as long as I cleaned it as best I could, it should be fine, as there is no way I could've dried the marquees in heavy rain.

The lady was late in picking up the items, and when she arrived she didn't have enough room to take everything. She then came back later and was unable to lift the items herself, so required my mother-in-law to lift the heavy marquees.

A number of weeks later I emailed asking about my deposit, and was advised that due to needing to dry the marquees and the tablecloths being stained (tablecloths which I never used) I would not be getting any of my $250 deposit back. In fact, I was threatened with being charged a further $50 for a cleaning fee.

I should have listened to the other reviews, as I would NEVER recommend anyone use this business. If she returned my deposit, I could wipe my hands and forget it, however the greediness in keeping it for no reason, and then threatening to take more, will no doubt mean the business will cease to exist. And to that, I say so be it.
