5 I've searched for a while until I landed here. Emilia is wonderful, kind, understanding, caring and very professional and knowledgable.

Vicki's behaviour is unprofessional and unnecessary. I mentioned at the end of our first session that I was booked in to see another therapist in a weeks time to which she chastised me and refused to give me back my mental health plan or provide me with a photocopy. The MHCP was not addressed to Vicki however my previous therapist who is currently not practicing. She then stated that she would need to cancel our pre-booked sessions as she could no longer help me.
Although it is uncommon for someone to shop around, you have every right to do what is right for you by shopping around and any respected therapist would understand it is not one size fits all.
It would only be a problem if you continued to see two therapists simultaneously, which I wasn't planning on doing and expressed this to her.
Vicki made my decision easy. I didn't have to waste several sessions working out she wasn't the right fit.
My session went from therapist to business in the blink of an eye. I would not recommend her at all. Her discourteous behaviour left a lot to be desired.
Vicki is amazing! I saw her for over a year and came from a very dark place to succeeding at university and moving on with my life. I never thought I would be well and I am the best I have ever been. If you're someone that has been plagued by severe mental illness and is loosing hope. I highly recommend seeing Vicki
