Not worth a single star- worst customer care service ever
Ordered some furniture back in Nov 2023 and they were delivered in Jan 2024, concrete top of the Entertainment unit had been damaged damaged when it was delivered and still i’m sending numerous emails to the so called customer care to sort this out. It seems that they don’t care at all about the damaged unit that they delivered and try to settle the issue by doing a negligible amount of partial refund while i had paid about 870$ for the unit, totally unacceptable, it is not my fault for them to deliver a damaged unit and neither i ordered a damaged unit. Very unprofessional the way they treat the case and looks like the person who is responding to emails takes it as a matter of winning arguments not really trying to solve the customer issue

Very Poor customer Service

We were about to buy the sofa we wanted. We saw online. As soon as I walked in. I was approached by a man wearing glasses with white shirt. I thought he was offering assistance. He asked if he could help us. Then said to ask my son not to touch anything! As soon as I heard it I was disgusted! Walked out the store! It was very offensive.

Never been treated like this, and maybe their furniture is not as sturdy because it will break once touched!

While some other furniture shop will ask you to feel and touch and sit on it. He did the opposite.

Don’t even deserve a one star.

Don’t recommend this at all.
Bought something (fully paid) from then in October they said it will come in two weeks or maximum 4 weeks.
Received call and the delivery will be Wednesday 18/01/2023

Had a very good experience in Johnny's furniture, Mardsen park. Samad was very very helpful, and really went the text mile to make it a smooth transition. Also Samra, the store manger was very helpful and accommodating, and gave the right advice. Thank you

Over the weekend my fiancé & I went to purchase our furniture, we were helped by Alisha she was absolutely amazing very polite, kind and knew exactly what we wanted she was even kind enough to walk with us to Ashely furniture to help out there. I would definitely recommend visiting Johnnys furniture great prices, great furniture and amazing customer service.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I had been to many places to look for a lounge and the service we received from Brodie in relation to getting quotes was fantastic.

Thank you Samra for your cooperation and patience in resolving the issues I'm facing with the faulty products. I'm not happy with the products I bought from them as there are many manufacturing faults in coffee table and console table I bought. However I'm very happy with the store manager Samra as she is being cooperative and supportive in resolving the matter. I appreciate your assistance Samar hoping it to be resolved soon.
