I just met one of the best salesperson in Johnnys Furniture Parramatta branch.

The lady in the store is amazing. She has the right sense of understanding the requirement of the customers.

She has a very kind nature and really knows how to talk to people and is very professional in what she’s doing.

I did not buy anything today, but the Furniture in the store was amazing, and she had great knowledge about each and every item she had in her store, and I would just say that she is a great asset to the company.

I am definitely going to come back to buy the one I like, and I would love to meet that lady again when I go to the store.

Long delay, no one answer, they just said estimated time, I have to receive my sofa lately because of international problems like: lack of employee or shipment problem, if you can't run a business, just don't.very bad, awful, I won't buy anything from johney's furniture.

Hi, we have been waiting for the study desk and couch we’ve ordered last march. It has been 7 months, over half a year we have been waiting for out furniture’s to be delivered. If you guys can let us know when will this be delivered that would be great.

Jack is our contact person and we haven’t heard from anyone for the last few weeks. Kindly prioritise this ASAP, Or I am happy to get a refund for this, ive been waiting for too long now.

The store has a great range of options with high quality items and plenty of discounted and on sale items. The service we received from Jack was the highlight. He went above and beyond to make sure the furniture we bought would be available to us on time and the exact way we wanted it. Will definitely be my first option when looking for new furniture.

We received outstanding customer service from Jack at the Paramatta store. He had excellent product knowledge particularly of the ‘natural with black cross back’ dining chairs, he explained the warranty and arranged delivery for us, all done with a smile.

Only good thing was person giving us the deal, almost everyone gave different price, took so long to have items listed to be purchased, then delivery was piecemeal, warehouse staff was like cant be bothered, they use external delivery agent which is so bad.it costs extra per time unlike other furniture places having one delivery cost for all items you purchase. Warehouse is actually far away from their show room. You lost me after that experience sorry.

I’ve been wanting to put a review after I’ve purchased and furnished my house from Johnny’s Furniture. I was looked after by Angel at Parramatta Store and his customer service was outstanding. He helped me to find the right pieces of furniture I ended up buying more then 7 items of furniture with great deals he offered me. This level of customer service is very rare these days. I will definitely be back! As he will be sending me more offers and items that he would get on the floor in the future Johnny’s Furniture has great furniture that suits everyone I recommend shop there first and you’ll get top deals especially by Angel he’s a great guy

Upon arrival we were greeting by a gentleman named Angel. He assisted us with all our needs, we have never experienced such great customer service like this.
We had no intentions of buying anything as we were just browsing around but we saw some cinema chairs which Angel gave us a price we could not refuse. We then immediately sat down and he explained the quality, usage and longevity of the chairs. We’re very happy with Angelo & we certainly recommend coming here for great prices & good quality furniture & accessories.
