I wanted to thank Tom, the Store Manager for firstly offering a wonderful experience when I purchased a Zumo XT2.
Unfortunately the product was faulty, upon calling Tom, he organised a replacement unit for me in minutes.
The service, knowledge and experience of Tom was absolutely amazing.

An extremely good shop, the service was very positive and very helpful and he was an expert in what he sells.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a GPS

There was a shipping error that was not the suppliers fault, but they went over and above and made it right. Not only do they have great prices and excellent service, they understand the value of long term relationships. They have my business for life.

This is one of the best and friendliest companies to order from. They are a no fuss and Very quick to send your order. Well done Johnny Appleseed.

Unhelpful and unlogical Brock.
Couldn't change one digit in the typo on the purchasing adress because the purchase was made through paypal. One digit. I always pay through paypal and have had to get buisnesses to change adress when there was a mistake in my address no problems before the product left the shop. Slap a lable on it. Adjust it. NO WAS TOO HARD.
Went elsewhere and got product same day.

Changing 148b-248c to 148b-148c ONE DIGIT is a security risk i see?
Other companies have adjusted the adress no problems when purchased through paypal.

Bought a Garmin inReach Mini and shipping was fast, even during the Christmas and New Year period. Price was the cheapest around and the information on the site was really informative.

Good product and works as described. A lot larger than I expected and protrudes out quite a bit from my MT-03 but does the job so happy with it.

This shop is well stocked with Quadlock and Garmin stuff. Service was prompt and pleasnt. Wished I had known/was told about the Quadlock anti vibration mount and charging options however.

Item I ordered was showing as not available in the country till 5th Jan 2022 and one has actually been delivered today.

I brought the Approach S42 for my husband’s birthday and he loves playing golf with it, but the date on the watch face is American and we have tried to change it but we cannot also are there any other watch faces we can get because the steps are showing very small and he has to put on glasses to read them, before buying this one he had a Fitbit watch and liked it
but it had no golf courses on it so that is the reason I brought this one. Can you please tell me about the date and steps.

I live out of Sydney but this is the place I head to where I can talk to someone who actually has detailed knowledge of Garmin stuff and will give unbiased advice. Tom M.is great and I trust what he says.

The store is a little difficult to get to but the customer service is the best anywhere. They have the stock on floor, you can look at everything and the guy who works here is a true gentleman, always follows up and puts things aside if you call ahead! You want after sales service, buy your stuff from here!

Great product but the item got lost by Australia Post. I guess it's how you deal with a lost item that makes the difference. Joel was quite helpful in getting a good result after the parcel went missing

Purchased some Garmin sensors which required replacing twice. Customer service was always prompt and courteous.

Tom is an excellent technician. Perfect salesman for complicated devices. Garmin should be proud of their shop and service.

I ordered a Sena SF2 which was despatched very quickly and received in 2 days which was great during Covid times. There was a problem with one of the connectors and after contacting the store and sending some photos a replacement was sent and received in 2 days. Thanks Matthew for your friendly and efficient service. I really appreciated you sorting this out so quickly. Great customer service.
