Jr turk is the place to buy electrical parts from in the inner west. Arie Plug is the man to ask for, he has given the place a new light. All the staff is very friendly and professional.
Ordered a part, rep took my name and number and said he’d have it in store in a week. When I called a week later he said he hadn’t ordered it and to try another branch.
The worst JRT in sydney, doesn’t even carry Din rail terminals, every time I come here either they don’t carry it, or they are out of it.
Don’t bother
Arrived 10 minutes before closing time. The shop was shuttered and the employee locking up was extremely rude.
Ordered a part, no return call. Ordered again and same thing. Useless. Don’t bother with these guys
Experience was painful, lack of knowledge, they ordered the wrong item, refunded the wrong amount. Forget it, i will go elsewhere for the items i need, don't waste your time here.
Very poor service and communication needs a lot of work with phone manner. Ordered a light through serviceman named Mid, took a lot longer then expected and I had to call them a few times to keep reminding them of my order. I definitely think some staff training would go along way.
