We recently sold our home through John Pye Real Estate. Extremely happy with the results. Despite our home being quite some distance away from their office, John Pye Real Estate achieved a better result than we would have anticipated from more local agents.

Rachel took the time to clearly explain things every step of the way. When looking for an agent, there was absolutely no pressure, we were given the space to make up our own minds as to whether or not to engage John Pye.

The whole way through this journey, the team T John Pye acted with integrity. The sales techniques were transparent, we were encouraged to give more information (rather than withhold any) to potential buyers. Realistic price expectations were set (we ended up settling on a figure right around the middle of the range initially discussed).

Mary did a superb job, managing most of the open homes and doing more than I'm probably aware of behind the scenes.

Bec was easy to deal with, and stepped in whenever required (eg when Rachel or Mary were on leave, unavailable etc).

I felt like everyone at John Pye worked as a team, not competing against each other, but complementing each other, pooling their own skills and experience together to achieve an awesome result. John should be very proud of the team he has forged over the years.

After we moved out (so that the sale was of a vacant home), they looked after absolutely everything with subcontractors - new hot water system, landscaping, painting, styling, etc.

It has been a pleasure dealing with John Pye. Although I hope not to need to sell again any time soon, if I do, I will not hesitate to sell with them!

One word is not sufficient to describes Bec which is: "absolutely fantastic". She is more than this. Super efficient, reliable, trustworthy, great in communication and helpful in every way for helping us buy this property.

Very disappointed at bitter end when almost 30% of my bond was taken for such a minor fixthe managing agent thinks the price is reasonable? For them, it's a free money which belongs to me. Their cleaner Nova CC, Billy Lee turned out to be equally dodgy, habituated to earn easy money. Also, lot of excuses to release remainder of the bond, despite given clear guidance how to process after I contacted nsw rental bond office. Not acceptable, very poor.

I have applied to rent one of your property. I did not even get any response in my email. I have visited your office to know what is going on as I had to move quickly. One of the staff said "Your application is on final stage we will get back to you soon". When I check their website today, I saw deposit taken for that property. Really disappointed with this kind of miscommunication from John Pye.

As someone with an investment home unit, I've been a client of John Pye Real Estate since 2004. John and his staff have always done a great job in managing my property, finding and recommending a new tenant when one left, managing the existing tenant and providing me with plenty of feedback, financial reports and photos at each of the regular inspections.
