4 My husband has been a long term client of John P Natoli along with his parents and other members of the family. The relationship goes back more than 20 years.
John and his team are professional, friendly, prompt and efficient. Nothing is ever to much trouble, just a very honest, kind and customer focused business.
Called in personally asking for a quote, was told to email, so i emailed them, no response for 4 days, went back in personally and asked again, was told to leave my number so they could call back, still no call or email. 9 days and counting to hear a response. Terrible service.
Frank is Amazing, He's been my accountant for many years and is very professional and helpful through the whole process.
These guys make doing tax a breeze. I go and see Sam and im there for 20mins as hes already got all my details.
Sam comes in on Saturdays aswell as hes local.
