John is a man of his word which is hard to come by these days. Always turns up when we arrange a time and easy to communicate with. Helped install a few new power points around the house and and outside power point for my new gas water heater.

2nd time using John and the team and could not be more impressed with everything! So refreshing having a tradesman come out ON TIME and have everything done right!

Called regarding a quote for a business. Was prompt and professional and arrived straight away. That is where the positives end. Chased quote twice, was ignored the first time and promised it the next day the second time, still no quote. Will be looking elsewhere for help.

It's rare these days to find a tradesperson that actually turns up when they say they will, but both the consultation and repair work started exactly on time. The work was quite involved but exceeded my expectations, and both interactions were friendly and hassle-free. Well recommended!

My experience with this business was really positive. I had accumulated a number of bitzy electrical things that needed either fixing or doing, and all were taken care of in a timely, efficient and professional manner. From the quick responses to my initial query, to good advice, clear communication, and good service, I have nothing negative to say. Jordan was really helpful with his expertise and advice, and both he and Michael were friendly, polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic service from the whole team, from the point of contact/booking through to repair and invoicing. We had Jay attend to repair our bathroom fan/light. On inspection, Jay determined it was irreparable. Jay fully explained and showed the reason why and immediately sought and installed a new fixture. The service was fantastic and Jay kept us informed at every step. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My job was started during Covid, so scary a time it was that because of the demand for construction workers, JME was totally understanding about it all. We contacted the office some ridiculous time after they started the job and continued like it was the next day (it was closer to a year)

Very happy with my electrician Jordan. He arrived on time and did excellent work with new wiring for my power points. Follow up after my new kitchen was installed & added new power points & connected rangehood & oven.

Was incredibly impressed with the team, was miserable weather and they were hear for four hours installing new switchboard and induction stove. They were friendly, efficient, good to communicate and professional, will definitely be going with them again

I recently had JME work on my home. The tradesmen were well established and professional throughout the process of installing 4 new PowerPoints and replacing old down lights. One of the tradesmen, Charlie, was extremely friendly and worked efficiently within my home. I was very much pleased with his work ethic and kindness.

The guys from JME did the "ruff in" and "install" for our Krauss Kitchen, upgraded our switch board, moved a ceiling fan and installed down lights through our lounge and dining area. We are very happy with the finished job and was impressed with the professionalism and respectfulness of the boys onsite. Nothing was a problem to them and they made sure we new what was happening and that we got what we wanted.

JME provided quality professional services for my lights to be installed. The allocated tradie Jake was on time friendly and cleaned up well. The company was easy to contact and responsive and helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend.
