We had the pleasure of having Johan be our wedding celebrant and our reception MC. In the weeks leading to the wedding he was very proactive, asked lots of questions and gave us countless tips on how to run the day.

On the day itself he was very entertaining, personable and kept the show running as smoothly as possible. We did not have to worry about anything and enjoyed ourselves as we knew Johan was on top of everything.

He worked well with all our other vendors and co-ordinated any adjustments that needed to be made on the night.

Johan was honestly the best choice! He was so friendly from our first Zoom call in lock down to the day he married us. We had Johan as MC for our wedding. He was nothing short of amazing. He kept all our guests relaxed the entire night but also had them in stitches laughing. Johan was both our Celebrant and MC for reception. From our first meeting, before we had even submitted the deposit, we knew we were in good hands. He made the entire process from start to finish so smooth and easy to understand. He personalises his speech for the ceremony by sending a survey link to each person to complete. He has a very fun personality and is incredibly easy to get along with, we even had a lot of feedback from guests commenting on how great his services were. We couldn't recommend Johan highly enough to be honest, he smashed already high expectations.

Johan is such a joy! If you’re after a fun, personal ceremony and a witty, slick MC, he is your man! He goes out of his way to make couples and their guests feel at ease and as a professional wedding planner, he makes my job a dream. From our first zoom call to when he officially tied the knot, he was determined to make us feel completely at ease and ensured we understood each step of the process. He is very accommodating of what you want, and moulds his style to what you request. We wanted something light-hearted and humorous which he delivered. It was the perfect start to our integrated reception format with many guests commenting how funny he had been and how well he had executed the ceremony.

Johan was super professional from the moment we messaged him. He gave us a call and we instantly knew he was perfect for our wedding! He made our ceremony humorous and heart-felt, and he really took the time to get to know our story. He was a lively MC and got everyone in the mood to celebrate. Our friends and family were still raving about him days later for making our day memorable! We will always be thankful for making us feel so special on the happiest day of our life.

Beware if you’re thinking of booking this guy for your wedding. He’ll drop you with very little notice if he gets a bigger offer. We had Johan booked in as our wedding celebrant and reception MC more than 12 months in advance and he cancelled with 6 months notice claiming that he had to cancel as he’d had a bigger offer for a larger event to host. Johan lacks any form of professional integrity. You cannot rely on him at all.

We loved Johan as our celebrant and MC. He was professional, cheerful funny, kind and made the day run so smoothly. As a celebrant he was able to bring out all the little details we told him about our relationship and turn it into an unforgettable and amazing moment, while keeping it lighthearted at the same time with some humour. There was never a boring moment. He was always very organised and supportive. As a MC, he was very professional and handled everything perfectly. We were running a bit late, but he was able to reorganise and shuffle things around so that everything ran smoothly and we didn't miss our opportunity to go take sunset photos while the guests enjoyed their mains. I would highly recommend Johan as a celebrant and/or MC, you will not regret it.

Johan was the best celebrant and MC we could ask for. He created such a lovely, fun and light hearted atmosphere for our ceremony and brought a wonderful sassy energy to our reception. All the guests loved Johan and the positive vibe he brings into the room. Thank you Johan for a wonderful night. We enjoyed our wedding night and didn't have a worry in the world because we knew that our night was in good hands. You even went that extra mile and wore fabulous outfits (and we loved the shoes) that was complimentary to the bridesmaids and groomsmen colour scheme as well as a dress change for the reception.
