7Receptionist was very kind and the nurse was very professional.no problems at all
I did a medical assessment for a new role here yesterday. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist Susan. The nurse (name starts with J), the physio Alec and the Doctor (didn't get her name unfortunately) were all fantastic, could not fault them at all. Thank you so much for looking after me and making me feel comfortable. If I ever have to do another medical assessment, I definitely want to come back to the Mascot location:) keep up the great work!
Disorganized, unprofessional, couldn’t arrange my medical appointment to be done in one visit. Had to visit 3 Times because they couldn’t read an email properly. Do not recommend at all

I had a medical examination few weeks ago with Jobfit Mascot. My appointment was 7: 30 AM. I was frustrated when I arrived around 7: 15 and couldn't get to their office since the lift was locked and the stairs door was locked too. I was afraid I will miss my appointment. So when finally I could get in (around 7: 45) I found the office empty and no one answered the small electric ring on the front desk, so I had to check the offices when finally I found a decent employee on her desktop, I reached at that time my maximum and almost lost my temper.the lady tried to explain the situation while I was angry and almost shouting. I would admit I was rude and she was very professional and nice all the time. I would like to express my apologies and respect to this employee (who I don't remember her name) and would rate high her attitude and her high level of professionalism in dealing with customers. Thx
I really apologize for the bad review before due to my frustration over this receptionist but after being trated by doctor tony i realized my mistake that my one bad review as a faliure of one person can effect the great work of the whole business
I am not amongst the people who aplogise but i would this time as i know it was my mistake to put down the reputation and the work of the whole organization because of one person
I wish Dr Tony was working in parramatta.
He is the best
