Called them twice over two days. Promised they would get back to me and asked me to message them my address and the problem which I did. Second phone call following days was “sorry forgot, will call you after lunch” which never happened. Also answered with “hello” on second call instead of company name. Not professional and I suggest you all go elsewhere

I had no power at my house, I couldn’t find the problem. I rang JMB electrical, they were only working half a day, Jacob rang Rob told him to drop what he was doing to come and find the reason for my outage. Rob found the problem and nothing was to much trouble, extremely nice and helpful people. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Thanks so much

They installed 2 new fans and new downlight,
They did damage to the ceiling during installation of the fan and the downlight.
They have a very bad service and not responding as one of the downlight was flickering 2 hours after installation and I tried to contact them over 2 weeks asking them to fix it but no response at all and I need to hire another electrician to fix it.

Jacob and his team did a great job, kept in contact with me and reliable. I will definitely use them again. Cost effective as well.

Jacob and his team are top notch. We were referred to Jacob by a plumber we had used, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service, communication, quality of products used and the overall quality of the job.

We had around 30 down lights replaced, outdoor switched installed, smart light switches, replaced aged power points, bar LEDs into the garage and kitchen, and an incredible installation of a entrance light 18 feet off the ground They kept me informed every step of the way and we freed advice of both additional work, and work that wasn’t really needed that I had originally though.

Our fusebox was original from1975 and required updating due to my wifes love affair with air conditioners. Jacob assessed and recommended overhaul with level 2 electricians involved in street upgrade to box also. The job was done in a few hours along with additional powerpoint. The box and switches all checked safe and looks neat. Now my wife can continue her love affair with air conditioners and not have a meltdown. Great work by the boys

The boys did a good job. Knew what they were doing, very responsive from the outset. They changed our 1970s box to a modern one as well as 17 downlights, 2 fans and an extractor fan, all done in 1/2 a day pretty much. Cheers. Would recommend Jacob and his team. Good outfit

The boys at JMB were super easy to work with. They did a 4-fan installation and troubleshot some issues that come with an older house resourcefully and without hassle. They were also so forthcoming with advice and guidance on some future work I needed done. Their prices are reasonable too. Just a solid all round good local tradie - rare as hen’s teeth so book them in as you won’t be disappointed! They even swept up and folded my blankets back on the beds after installing the bedroom fans - lovely attention to detail.
