Honest, awesome, fast service.brought in a gtx 980 thinking it was gone but just a repaste and a clean, back to working condition.

I'm a first time customer and definitely will be a returning one in the future for sure! John was amazing throughout the whole process from giving me a quote to completely fixing my broken pc. His customer service was outstanding as he made me felt very comfortable, his technical skills are for sure trustworthy and quality as I dropped my pc off to him on the 19/10 around 1pm and was literally done in a couple of hours before closing hours at 5: 30pm. I picked up next morning and was ready to go. He also helped me overclocked my pc and enable window's key as good will gesture since the team at windows wanted to charge me another $100 to give my windows product key. Overall I definitely recommend John to anyone who's looking to get their PC repaired as from what I've experienced his process was very professional. Brought in my old broken HP laptop on Saturday 5 pm hoping that it could be repaired and used as a controller for my CNC machines. John looked at it and called me literally at 10.00 am next morning (on Sunday!) advising that he already disassembled the computer and found that the motherboard was cactus. Luckily there was a refurbished Toshiba laptop with even better specs than my old one available which I gladly accepted. So, at the end I got rid of old junk in my house and received a fully functional computer instead for a very affordable price. Just had a computer repair for a fried graphics card so upgraded from 970 to 2060 and full clean for $1000. He was efficient and very fast I thought it might take a few days but he had it done that day John is really friendly and helpful and knows exactly what he was doing really cares for the customer what more can you ask for:)

Excellent and professional service from JM Computer Repairs. Honesty is the best policy. My old PC Tower was reaching its end life and John gave me the option of repairing or upgrading to a new one. I chose to upgrade and am very pleased with my decision. My computer was practically unusable and I was stressing so much for my workload and by the end of the day I was back up and running. His prompt and efficient work ethic is totally appreciated and I highly recommend his services. Give JM Computer Repairs a go you will not be disappointed.

My PC would not boot, as I didn't have the spare parts to try to diagnose the problem myself I decided to go to JM Computer Repairs. John was very friendly and knowledgeable about tech, he then took my PC for a few hours to diagnose it. The CPU and motherboard had given out, but we were unsure about the video card as John did not have a throwaway motherboard he could risk using a potentially faulty GPU on.

This was okay, as on the next day John acquired a suitable motherboard and allowed me to return for a GPU diagnosis free of charge. He also allowed me to use his air compressor to clean out my PSU, again free of charge.

I decided to build my own PC, and John took his own time after work hours to patiently text me advice about my build. He caught a small error I had made with the RAM that I didn't notice. Thanks to this, I was able to return the RAM to where I bought it for a full refund (7-day return policy, so noticing the error quickly was quite important). He also recommended I buy a surge protector (which I honestly had never heard of until he mentioned it to me), which is a good investment that will likely save me lots of problems in the future.

If you need a PC diagnosis, repair, installation etc I would go to John. He's very knowledgeable and quite passionate about tech, which is great if you have a lot of questions to ask.

5/5 Stars, will return here if I ever have another problem.

I recently bought a high-end CORE I9 RTX3090 GAMING PC From them for my kid's use as their gaming & homework PC I have to say this PC is super fast my kids can play all their games on ultra-high settings with no problems whatsoever.

My husband was looking for a good gaming laptop as he is always traveling around Australia for work & needed a fast reliable Gaming laptop that was fast for games + good enough to do his work on as well. He mentioned to John that his current laptop is an HP Omen gaming laptop which is around 1.5 years old & has been nothing but problems from day one he had to send it back to Harvey Norman 8 times for a faulty motherboard & always had to argue with Harvey Norman as they kept saying OH your not using it correctly this why you keep blowing the motherboard, Oh we suggest to buy a cooling pad, oh we suggest you buy a surge protector board, Oh the laptop isn't designed to be taken everywhere we suggest to leave it at home on your desk all the time, my husband stated I did buy a laptop for portability if I have to keep it at home on my desktop all the time I would have just bought a Desktop PC. Every time the laptop went back for a warranty it took 1.5 months to get the laptop back we had to always ring Harvey Norman to ask what's the hold-up. After explaining all this to JM they then suggested he buys an Australian made Branded laptop Called Leader JM explained to him that this brand comes with an Australia wide onsite warranty & he has the choice to drop it into one of their local repairs centers as they have a repair center in every major capital city Australia wide & that their warranty turns around time is usually within 10-days tops if not sooner. So he bought a Leader Resistance Core i7 RTX3060 Gaming laptop. Leaders support is great he had to call up about how to install a new driver he spoke to an Australian person right here in Australia which is very rare these days, the tech support guy guided him through how to update the driver & set it up so it would just update automatically.

JM also said they offer a 1-year hardware replacement warranty on their new systems builds, that they don't make their customers wait until the faulty parts come back from warranty repair
