They do decent hair cut and totally worth it for the money you spent. They might not speak English but they definitely try to understand and give a good Hair

They need to do a better job with cleaning the customer up afterwards. The male barbers seem better.

Male barber that I had today was a far better experience than the previous female one a few months ago.
Has knowledge but doesn't force it on others, fast service but happy to take a bit of time making sure I was happy even though they were closing soon and cut looks clean.
Would happily go back to him again or wait for him to be free, wouldn't bother with others.

The designer's service attitude is good, and the technology is also very good, it is worth recommending

Seems the staff is underpaid. I can see this is the only reason the Baber cuts like a butcher.

Cheap and cheerful.just go in there with no expectations and you'll be happy and your wallet will be happy

He told me he would take only a bit off as a trim and ended up taking way toomuch off. DO NOT RECCOMEND

My 3 years old boy got a haircut from a female barber (last one in the store, the other female barber next to the window seems alright with her customers) of this store about 1 week ago, the cut was alright but her service was terrible, she was so impatient to a three year old, and basically just pushing my son's head around without any care, and rudely told my son not to move when he was doing his best as a normal three year old.

I have never seen any woman so rude to a three year old boy in my lifetime.

I will never ever bring my boy back to this store for a haircut, and would not recommend it to anyone in the hills area, there are so many with much better rating to choose from.that lady barber does not deserve any good pays.

Their 3.7 star rating says a lot, doesn't it. It won't surprise me if it drops below 3.0 one day.

Quick and simple hair cut. Bring some $5 and $10 notes to buy a ticket from the vending machine.

This barber used to be my favorite. My boys and get all our haircuts here and unfortunately have decided not to come back ever again due to the poor services I received today. After my haircut I questioned the size of the clippers the lady used, from this point all I got was attitude from a simple question. She also showed me the clips then threw tantrums by throwing one of them on the table. The conversation was not going anywhere so I concluded by saying ‘I’m just simply asking what size clippers you used, it’s fine’! She deserves to be spoken to by the manager!

I'm really happy with their haircuts, I had the one Barber for over 20 years but now I only go here. It's no frills but a great haircut, you get what you ask for

Used to be perfect for a simple no nonsense hair cut. Recently they have renovated and hiked the price by 50%. 20 times the average inflation rate. Staff are new and less skilled than before. They even seem unhappy to be there

Fast, straight to the point with no need for chit chat. Great experience and would be coming back.

Sure they don’t specialise in very complicated style or cut but they surely deliver the service for the price you pay ‍️

No nonsense simple haircut. Very efficient and fast. Have been going there for 5 years now as I cannot get a haircut amywhere else around Castle Hill in $10.

One of the girls there absolutely ruined my hair. The sides were uneven and she cut the back of my hair way too much that the top of my hair got implicated. I felt as though it was her first time cutting hair. Moreover I did not realise this as I wasn't given the chance to wear my glasses when she showed me the back of my head with a mirror. You have to pray that you do not get this girl when getting your haircut or your hair will get butchered.

It's good for $10. I mean, the service is probably around average and the haircutting is a little inconsistent, but for $10, I would definitely go here again.

I don't recommend this place to anyone, I have to say I went to get my hair cut but took my money back and went elsewhere because the girl with the short hair and wears a cap was just plain rude. Very dissapointed, with $10 I can go anywhere, parramatta barber does it for $8. When I want a good style and treat myself every now and then I go to American barber Co in Westfield parramtta where the service is excellent and they take their time to make sure you're happy. JiT cuts, they take 5 mins.
