Jingellic Pub reviews
44Came here on a bike and enjoyed the free camping which is conveniently located 50 metres from the pub. The riding in the area is outstanding, it the meals.at the pub ate exceptional and the staff are very easy going. Great place, great set-up and mist enjoyable.
1st time doing a review, I had the kangaroo and it was cooked perfectly, worth the drive to a beautiful place with great staff.
Stopped in for lunch on our way for a drive through the area, lovely old pub close to the riverbank. Food was good as was the service. It must be a great spot outside when the weather is a bit warmer.
Excellent country pub with wonderful hospitality, good beer and terrific lunch! View of river was amazing!
Great location with good view from the glassed in dining area.
Meal was good and service was friendly
Loved the view of Murray River and the fact that it's just in the borders of NSW and Vic
What a jewel. A lovely old pub with beauty and charm. It is the reason to go to Jingellic. A gorgeous drive through the hills and set overlooking the Murray River.
We had a warm welcome and a lovely lunch. Accommodation is available and a large free camp ground.
We'll go again.
An absolutely fantastic country pub on the border. Highly recommend making some inquiries about availability if you are going there on the weekend, because a lot of the tables when we went there were reserved for lunch, but we still found a table regardless. The food was extremely tasty, I had the salmon and my partner had the karaage chicken and both were extremely well priced and very very good, I would have to say some of the best fish I have ever had at a pub at that price point. It was a little bit of a wait for food. However the place was absolutely packed with only a small kitchen, so that is absolutely to be expected and not a drama whatsoever. A must visit if you're nearby or passing through.
We had a big family group for a terrific dinner, sitting outdoors overlooking the water. The whole team was welcoming and helpful, particularly the kitchen, to accommodate dietary requirements. Will definitely visit again next time we are in the area.
Friendly staff; good country pub food and a lovely beer garden overlooking the Murray River.
Cold beer, Quality pub food and friendly service.
Worth a day trip if you’re lucky to live close enough!
Great venue Was packed out and had a fair wait for our meal but was advised prior to ordering. The manager, staff and whole experience was faultless Great view of the river when sitting outside so the wait was pleasant Definitely a revisit in the near future A very popular venue
Absolutely stunning views of the Murray river. Amazing food, good drinks. Staff and atmosphere were perfect.
Beautiful ribs with salad and chips and my partner had a bush man's parmi with potato and veggies and he loved it
Lovely little pub on the Murray River. Had a very nice dinner with my parents. The steak surf & turf was amazing, and my parents really enjoyed their chicken parma & beef wrap. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was very warm & cozy. Not sure what the other reviews are upset about. Food was great!
Great place to celebrate ANZAC day and any weekend Respect the crowd, not to be confronted.
Friendly staff, dog friendly great beer garden to sit and relax in, Meals were great generous serving can recommend the ribs yummy
This little out of the way pub is worth the trip. Cold beer, good food and free camping. And it's right on the river.
Great pub and meals. Staff very obliging under covid circumstances. Well done everyone. Make sure you visit and support, you won't be sorry.
