Jim has done three seperate jobs for and and super happy. Turns up on time & always makes the time and effort to fit the job in.

Highly recommend Jim's Plumbing and Gas fitting. Jim's installation of gas piping from the gas main to my kitchen was perfectly executed without any fuss. Jim was responsive to my initial enquires and was polite to deal with throughout the job.

Turned up on time but was quite rude and used foul language to describe things. Didn't come across as professional. Was very bossy. Didn't use him in the end.

Jim was amazing and professional. He managed to unblock a very tricky drain in an old house. Very reasonably priced, he was available quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Be very carful with this plumber. He charges you additional $110 just to go to get parts for the job that he need to do at your home because he does not have the plumbing parts on him. I advise everyone to get a quote from this plumber before he dose anything at your place.
He is a rip-off. I made a mistake not to get a quote from this plumber before he started the job at my place. If I had known what he was going to charge for the job, I would not had him to do it.

Jim has been looking after the plumbing in our old house for several years now. He's always extremely responsive, punctual, and excellent value. Never underestimate the lost art of repair. So much these days is replace, replace, replace. We haven't had an issue that Jim hasn't been able to repair yet. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

I can say the plumber is professional but their price see to be very high. I had a blocked toilet and dripping tap. Plumber was upfront about pricing but it was my mistake that I did not compare with other plumbing company price.

Charged me an extra hour for him to go around sourcing parts that he doesn't have. Not fair

I was really impressed with how quickly Jim made time to come and see me to investigate a gas leak. He was professional, friendly and quick.

Job wasn't straight forward. Jim made it work. Final price came at the lower end of the quote.

Very professional and doesnt over charge. They arrived on time, not like the other plumbing companies that I called and didnt turn up at all! These guys even cleaned up their mess afterwards.

Jim is a friendly and Frank trades person. Will use again when we need plumbing or gas fitting.
