We've been dealing with Tayla Welsh and her wonderful team since July 2019. Unlike other REA which has a dedicated property manager for your property, we are not assigned a specific property manager with Jim Aitken, however this makes no difference at all from our experience.

Any tasks that needed to be done are done in a timely manner and correctly. We generally get back to the agent who raised the original matter but even if another agent helped us, we've found they have a good idea of what's happening so I never have to worry when they said they will take care of things.

We moved over to Jim Aitken because our previous property manager did a very poor job. Our tenants were late on their rent and they didn't seem to have the situation under control. When the tenants finally moved out, we discovered they have damaged our place as well. Talya took over and sorted the payment matter, organised our landlord insurance claims and kept us informed all the way.

From there on, they kept doing a fantastic job. Their charge is also very reasonable with a flat rate and nothing more to pay.

Would rather guide my Dad into my Mum than have anything to do with these guys. Absolutely useless property managers. Worst I've delt with in 25 years of renting.

10 stars if I could for this Real Estate! Having recently sold my property with Norm and Diego, they made it so simple! They know the market and their professional, yet relaxed approach made everything so easy! I especially liked the instant feedback after each open home or inspection, they always kept me informed. Prior to selling my property, I had the property management team look after it as a rental, with out a doubt the best service, the best team, nothing was a problem after all the troubles I had with Raine and Horne previously, I should’ve switched sooner, you girls are awesome. Thankyou!

Being a first time seller, it was not easy to pick one REA and build that trust. But with JimAitken's and Partners team especially Diego and Norm, the process was really smoother and quicker than what we expected.
I really liked Diego's approach, his patience and willingness to listen, answer any questions we had. He communicated everything throughout the process.

We have a lot of time for Jim & his team. Personally a good man with knowing his days as a butcher and with the indigenous people he knew. Not one to go into ones details, but knowing his support for the community shows the man he is.

I recently purchased my first home and Diego and the team at Jim Aitken made the entire process as stress free as possible.
Diego was absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. I felt as though all my concerns were heard and no question was ever a silly one.

Jim Aitken Glenmore Park are the worst real estate I have ever dealt with as a tenant. Our house was FILTHY when we moved in and had many issues. They did not care. But when we went to move out they tried to screw us over and said move out clean was not acceptable when it was very much cleaner than when we moved in. They just hope you are too stressed to push back. Thank god we took heaps of photos when we moved in or they would have happily, unfairly taken our bond.
We also had no air con for months with a baby in the house and couldn’t use the whole upstairs of the house. We had us and 4 kids sleeping on air beds in a lounge room downstairs in the middle of summer paying full rent. They did not help us get it resolved and were actually outright dishonest, rude, and hung up on us when we tried to talk to them about it. Completely unprofessional to deal with as a tenant and they have ZERO interest in how happy the tenant is.
If I found the perfect rental at a knock down price and it was listed with Jim Aitken Glenmore Park I would run for the hills.

We sold our house in Glenmore Park through Jim Aitken and Partners and we could not have been happier with the service we received from them. Their representatives would always be on time and very professional. The price they got for our house was fair market value.

We have been dealing with Jim Aitkens Emu Plains for over 12 years and we have always found them to be professional and courteous.

Any questions or concerns are attended to efficiently, information is relayed promptly and we always feel like highly valued customers.

It certainly is a great relationship.

I can only agree with the reviews. My lease experience with them was not good. It seems their never happy with the after lease cleaning even the house was cleaner than before we moved in. Just a tip for all tenants; you better take a lot of photos from the property. It's actually their responsibility to take photos and compled a condition report. However, in our case no photos have been taken and the condition report provided to us was very inaccurate. Lucky we took photos, because on the end of the lease we had to provide prove that things were already damaged before we moved in. Not really professional. Wouldn't rent with them again.

I had bad experience during end of lease. They gave us a list of recommended cleaners by mentioning it will speed up the process and we chose one of them by paying huge price by thinking they will do best according to the agent need. After cleaning, cleaner never picked call or responded message. Meanwhile, Jim Aitken came with plenty of problems with their recommended cleaner's cleaning. On top of that we paid 55% of our bond for painting the home and other cleaning as they were not satisfied with the professional cleaners.they also pointed few marks on the kitchen and told we need to clean it otherwise they will replace that as well. I had to force myself to travel during peak of CoVID with my child and attended the property, just to discover it was only dirt deposited due to a spill from other works. I will never deal with Jim Aitken again. I also had to pay internet setup 300$ for unit from my pocket which ideally owner should bear as it is a one time activity for the unit. But they never cared or helped me with this.

We dealt with Melanie Berriman for quite a while whilst looking for our first home to buy. Melanie was super helpful and took her time to understand our needs and wants and only ever sent through suggestions that she really felt would be suitable. Just wanted to pass along my appreciation for the excellent work Kady has done on the renovations for our unit.

She was very proactive in recognising the potential for improvement, making great recommendations, organising good value quotes & then co-ordinating with multiple suppliers to complete all works in a very short space of time.

Of particular mention is when she noticed that one supplier’s quote for electrical works in addition to supplying an air-conditioner seemed a bit high, so she organised another quote from her electrician and saved us a significant amount.

What could have been a painful experience (or even worse, neglected) was instead made simple, fast & great value. Thanks again Kady!

An absolutely disgusting real estate! Do not deal with the Glenmore Park branch. Never had to deal with people more unprofessional and incompetent in my life. They are completey shady, so do not use them under any circumstances.

Also beware of some of the postive reviews on here as I've noticed previous staff I've had to unfortunately deal with seem to be giving "excellent" reviews.

I have no-need to contact you in anyway to resolve anything as i am grateful to no longer have to deal with you. I do believe it was my duty to inform whoever reads these reviews of (some not all) the type of people that are employed here.

My accustions are warranted and going down through some these other reviews its seems to be a pattern.

Again there is nothing to resolve as i don't want to have to deal with you any longer.

Hmm we got our eviction notice under no clause. So we done nothing wrong. But then we hand our keys in. We cleaned the house top to bottom. Then were told the house was filthy there was marks all over the wall. The kitchen was dirty. As were the floors.
We also reported black mould we had in the bathroom that we could not remove, no matter what mould killer we used. It was constantly making us sick, and the response we got was there’s an exhaust fan and windows that you could have used and to use exit mould because that would get rid of it.
Needless to say I give them a zero in everything. They are THE worst real estate I’ve ever been through. Basically you’re an idiot if you trust them as a tenant or landlord.
