Overprice and incomplete work!
Never gonna go back. Despite paying $88, I had to fill Medicare levy documents by myself, asked to pay extra $55 just for Medicare levy, incomplete information provided. Worst service!

When i ask for a quote for tax return jignesh quoted $88 i explained that i have 5 income statements nd one Abn he said its all fine. I sent all the paperwork thy emailed me draft twice whivh still mentioned price at $88 when it was time to finalise the tax return Vaibhavi called to say now the price is $165 as there is abn i told her that we confirmed tht at 1st she said no we have to pay $165 we told her we dont want to proceed so she got very angry and hung up saying thtas fine she than called back in 5mins again taking in such a rude tone saying we quoted incorrectly and my manager says you have to pay $100 for all the work we have done so my wife said why di we have to pay for ur mistake nd she hung up again saying thts fine she again called me back to tell me that my wife dont have manners to talk and hw dare she say why should we pay for your mistake she was rude again and hung up will never recommend this agent to anyone for tax return strongly not recommend
