Really poor service given by Kenji the sales manager, didn’t respond to customer in a polite way nor a good attitude, a big company like this shouldn’t have kept someone this bad or the business will go down as us the customers would lost our loyalty to you.
Very disappointed with a company, the sales manager Kenji has a very bad attitude, claiming that he has worked in this company for more than 10 years, talking very domineering, brutal, rude, disrespecting customers, and saying that his decision is the boss's decision, speaking very arrogant and proud, Since this company can hire this kind of manager.
