After seeing the centre on my numerous visits to the plaza my interest was piqued. Didn't know what to expect and I have been amazed with the results. Initially it was to help with my stiff and sore body but it has helped with so much more - mood, energy and sleep to name a few. Now my 3 kids also attend and the difference in my youngest sleep has been a lifesaver. Thanks Jimmy and Lee!

We always get a warm welcome by Lee as we arrive. Jimmy has been looking after me for two years, has a very professional manner and is keeping me healthy. I highly recommend this practice.

I was thrilled to be back under Dr Jimmy’s care when I moved to Newcastle. He had been my chiropractor in Sydney and was sorely missed. I walk past a number of other (undoubtably capable but would they really be as good?) chiropractic clinics and hop a bus to Jewells for my regular tuneup. I find Dr Jimmy very knowledgeable and supportive and he helps keep my damaged ageing body moving well. Love his support team too. Jewells Family Wellness Centre changed my life i was in pain with my knees and my back and shoulders. I had headaches all the time and taking panadol everyday. Within a few visit I wasn't limping, the pain in my knee was nearly gone and I don't get headaches as much. My back is a working progress. I wasn't able to stand to long and now I can work a seven hour shift and still have energy to come home and do things at home. I am slowly feeling normal again and want to do things that I couldn't do months ago as I was in to much pain and had no energy I cant Thank them enough

I'm really impressed with this chiropractic clinic. Having gone for a few weeks my body feels great and have increased mobility through my back and hips. I also had a jaw issue which has almost completely disappeared. Jimmy is very knowledgable and talks you through your issues and his approach to resolving them. He is also very genuine and personable as is Lee on reception who is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Highly recommend.

My experience of chiropractic services has always been 1-2 appointments as a quick fix for a back or neck issue. However, my attitude towards chiropractic support has changed since regularly attending the Jewells Family Wellness Centre. Dr Jimmy has done wonders for my pain, movement and sleep. I like that my progress is regularly reviewed to determine if treatment is supporting positive outcomes. Receptionists, Leigh and Joanne are very warm, friendly and welcoming.

The team at Jewells Family Wellness Centre are so nice and welcoming, Lee the receptionist always asks about my day or weekend and she’s been so supportive with me finding a job. Before seeing Dr Jimmy I was in a lot of pain, I found it hard to bend over or get out of bed. After getting a full x-ray done of my back I found out I have scoliosis. I have a hemiplegia (cerebral palsy) and I knew that my body was uneven and seeing it was a bit confronting but I knew what was causing the pain. The adjustments are quick and he updates me on where my back is at and exercises I can do. I wasn’t too sure about chiro at first because I hate the sound of cracking but honestly I wouldn’t be where I am without them. For anyone thinking about getting chiro I can’t recommend these guys enough.

The team at Jewells Family Wellness Centre are wonderful. Always greeted with the friendly, smiling faces of Renae, and now Lee. I started coming here after doctors could not get to the bottom of the pain I was having after an accident and then a surgery. Jimmy is an amazing chiropractor who got the neck and spine aligned again and continues to help keep everything moving freely with a regular maintenance adjustment. I have had lower back pain from a bulging disc for 15 years. Jimmy implemented a recovery plan tailored for me. I still get localised pain in my back but have not had one episode where I’m out of action since my treatment. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team.
