The owners at this gym are absolutely lovely and customer centric. Had a slight billing hiccup (no fault of their own) and I left the customer service number a message. Hazel (one of the owners) was quick to call me back and we found a solution that was a demonstration of sheer good faith on their behalf. This experience likely made me a returning member! A lot of other franchises would not be so accommodating.

I have used gyms in 5 different countries and this is by far the best gym in terms of equipment, pricing and gym culture. It is well run, friendly and has great floor staff and personal trainers.

Jetts has been a fantastic part of my life over the past 2 years I've spent in Sydney. The staff are friendly, welcoming and incredibly supportive. The equipment is new and always spotless. I can definitely recommend Jetts North Sydney as a great fit for anyone looking for a gym in the area.

Jetts North Sydney has been my second home for over four years. What an amazing gym.

It's not just a special place for me because of the equipment and training sessions I had there - it was the special culture that is fostered between staff and members.

I made some great friends there over the years. It really is an amazing environment that breeds a confidence to train hard, enjoy yourself and make great connections with people with at the same time!

It had everything I needed in terms of equipment and facilities, was located in a great spot in the heart of North Sydney and a fantastic team of staff who were always on hand to help or even jut have a friendly chat!

I cant recommend this gym highly enough!

This is my go-to gym in North Sydney. Small but well equipped and quite clean. Multiple fully adjustable barbell racks. Lot's of free weights. And a good selection of machines. Staff are always friendly as well. The only down side is the machines can be hard to get access to during peak times. Besides that it's great value.

Great medium sized gym, very well located for NthSyders. Janey has same zest and energy as past owners, and is super helpful. Easily a top quartile gym, with its own cool vibe. Thankyou.

Great gym! Staff are really friendly and professional. Well equipped - even if it's small. The staff are doing an excellent job in keeping the equipment clean and maintained. Overall, I can say it's one of the most pleasant gyms I've ever been in.

Small, but well equipped gym in a convenient location in the middle of North Sydney with a great and professional team.

Terrible service.the machines are so close together that you always hit yourself whilst trying to change weights on most of the machines. Too bad the new owner has no idea what he is doing.

I have trained at this gym for over a year and loved it all the staff have always been polite and helpful but today I was openly shouted at and threatened by Pat Benatiti one of the personal trainers there. Ladies this may not be a good environment for you if you prefer to avoid this kind of aggressive male behaviour.
This has ruined my whole experience with Jetts which is a shame because I finally thought I'd found a gym without the meat head mentality.

Outstanding gym. I have been across a whole range of gyms over the year (plus, anytime etc) and none have been as inviting and welcoming. Pat is an outstanding trainer and overall great guy who helped plan and execute my weight loss goals. Would highly recommend Pat and Jetts North Sydney.

I have been training at different gyms in different countries and cities for over 20 years and tbh very rarely leave reviews unless something is exceptional and Jetts in north Sydney is exactly that - the staff are second to none with a very impressive knowledge of sports /fitness science and always very helpful and welcoming. The equipment is all HQ and the gym itself maintained perfectly. Highly recommend!

Great gym. Convenient location. And love the new gear. New rigs with bumper plates. Sled run and the evil air-bike. Lots of stuff to make workouts interesting, along with all the classics.
