The gym is equipped with all the equipment I needed to train and I also had personal training from the club manager James, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the aspects of meeting my training goals. I would highly recommend going to this gym as it is a happy and enthusiastic environment!
Conveniently located in the apartment complex with quite complete equipment. It could get quite crowded but I find them presented clean even with the number of users. Just remember to commit to your workout.

I've been training with Mino, one of the personal trainers here, and his service is excellent. Mino works with you to find a program that fits you, including diet. He cares about helping you reach your goals. Having not trained for years, and being nervous coming back into the gym, Mino has been a great motivator and support.

As a physio, it's hard to find gym equipment that aren't just the generic ones. Heaps of space, new equipment and welcoming/friendly staff and trainers makes it easy to recommend.
