I took my espresso machine to Jetblack for a service and pump replacement. Previously I used a company the other side of the Harbour Bridge. Jetblack provided terrific customer service and a much higher degree of care, technical knowledge, and interest than I had experienced previously. I'll be sticking with them for service, and any new equipment purchases.

What an amazing helpful bunch of legends! Amber and the team helped me pick out the most suitable machine and grinder for me, and let me tell you the barista training they offer is an absolute MUST! I was so delighted by how much I learnt and how I can now make the most amazing cup of coffee from home! To top it off they offer amazing coffee!

After a while they woke up. Suddenly the tracking number started updating and Everything arrived. All on all and ok experience. To bad it had to feel like they didn't do what they should've shipping wise.ordered a couple of pieces for my lelit042temd on July 13th,
since then, has been zero updates on my tracking number or order.they say they'll get back to you on the site after 1 day is an empty promise for now.

Hopefully a critical review will get them to move.

After nearly a decade of experience. It is my opinion this business is no longer ethical. They will sell you a machine. After something happens or a service, you will be told to trade up. It’s cheaper than your damage! Third time. No longer.

I don’t want to rent a quality machine for one to two years and than upgrade so you can re sell it.

Edit: why should I sell a water damaged machine under warranty? Doesn’t make sense and is unethical.

They also sold me a cheap portafilter with a triple.basket that doesn’t fit and called it profitec.

If you're planning on buying online from them, STAY AWAY! Quick to sell with false information (ETA and delivery costs), but terrible in helping us sort our issues as a result of their false information on their site. We lost a substantial amount of money as a result from dealing with Jetblack and they don't want to know anything about it. From what I understand they were busy updating website to be more accurate (so they are fully aware of the misleading info), but what about those who suffer the consequences of it?

Contacted team about looking into used machines to replace sunbeam em6910. The team was very helpful and informative, gave great run through of the machine and service history.ordered machine Wednesday night, order was processed, packed and shipped on the Thursday and i had the machine the next day. Highly recommend the team at Jetblack espresso. Update 2 years later (ECM Giotto), within 3 months machine broke (circuit board failed) and had to go in for warranty repairs which they paid my local repair shop to fix, 9 months down the track the heating element failed (part of owning stuff equipment will fail and require repair work) In the process of tearing the machine down for repairs my local repair shop found a pin hole leak from the boiler and said it would had been there when the machine went through its presale inspection and he apologized to me for not picking up on it when it was in for warranty repairs, He also found the bottom E61 group head leaking from the bottom seal, On stripping it down to inspect he found someone had been through the group head and replace all the top end seals but decided to not replace a $3 seal in the bottom of the group head. All i got back from my service shop was who ever went through this machine done a very poor half arsed job and was very dodgy.

To be clear while i can recommend buying from the sales team they were amazing, I Just Can NOT recommend anyone to purchase a used machine through them as it will wind up costing you more in the long run

I bought a Lelit Anita from them ages ago. It’s been the best espresso machine I’ve owned. Because of my regional location, whenever I’ve needed the machine serviced, I’ve had to drive over 100km to the workshop, and they always service it quickly and thoroughly. An independent business doing a great job.

Took 2.5 months from the order date. They apparently forgot about our order and I had to remind them. No compensation offered. When I asked for a small token of compensation they basically ignored me.

I recently bought an espresso machine from Jetblack Espresso and all I can say is you won't find a better coffee machine supplier than Jetblack Espresso in NSW (Australia even!). Their service and pricing are simply superb. If you are in the market for an itlian espresso machine look no further. 10/10 would buy again from them.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pre-ordered the Mignon single dose grinder in September 2021. Waited for nearly 7 months to arrive. Once I open the box, it is huge disappointment that the grinder is used/display item. Reported to the shop, the GM said they have test it before shipment, no notice, no information on the website states that they test machine before shipment. Unacceptable customer service, I asked for refund, they refused without any other possible solutions. I have to take it to ACCC and NSW fair trading.

Highly recommend JBE, for all and anything coffee related. I'm real glad to have visited, as I felt like the proverbial kid in the candy store! And what a great experience, morphed into a museum of every coffee machine, and grinder imaginable. Even a La Pavoni lever machine!

Customer service is where JBE exels, in my opinion. Staff were accommodating, very attentive and patient too. I had made a mistake in payment, and was notified straight away, that I nearly overpaid. Honest, good old fashioned service is what won me. I definitely feel that customer satisfaction is JBE's highest priority. Best prices, and the Jetblack Espresso coffee beans are extremely good too! Delicious.

Thank you again Daisy, and team, for the outstanding service. You are appreciated. I'm very happy with the Bianca. I hope to visit your cosy store again sometime!

Absolutely would recommend Jet Black Espresso to anyone ordering coffee gear online. Ordered a coffee machine which was delivered within a few days, it was packaged very thoroughly and they included a 250g bag of beans to sample. They called prior to dispatching it to confirm my postage address and add any special delivery instructions. Thanks guys

We bought our Lelit coffee machine at Jetblack in 2016. We've had our machine serviced and/or repaired by them a number of times over the years.
Our machine is still running like it did when we first bought it.
It's great to know, that most things can be replaced or repaired by the great and professional team at Jetblack. You can definitely count on great support and knowledge - and coffee!

Bought Lelit Mara X espresso machine from Jetblack Espresso, very happy with the product, excellent quality machine, solid build. Very helpful customer service and great communication with prompt updates on delivery process. Overall great experiences with this shop, highly recommended.

Jet Black Espresso were just fantastic to deal with. Amber was knowledgeable, and always took the time to talk me through my questions. Jetblack Expresso - when contacted were prompt in communicating and assisted in addressing issues I had with the Unit I purchased. The issue was not a result of Jetblack but the Brand and quality of the Unit purchased.

Service that’s what makes these guys stand out. Their prices are great, but perhaps even more important (for me anyway) is the accurate/unbiased info as well as friendly support. Amber guided me in my system upgrade - she was extremely patient with all my questions. Will definitely be coming here for all my coffee-needs!

I've been thinking about writing this review for a while. I've now purchased two machines through JetBlack, and more recently with a machine upgrade on the cards, decided to make the 2 hour drive to physically touch/feel/use/demo the various machines on my shortlist. I called ahead to ensure everything was in stock and on display. I can only speak for myself, but the prospect of a $4000 purchase sets an expectation that the sales experience will be absolutely top shelf. I expected a salesperson that was engaged and excited and thrilled to show me all the features of the machines I was interested in, as well as others I hadn't considered. I expected demos of the machines. I expected to pull shots. I expected to drink coffee. I got none of this. The service was "adequate". My questions were answered, the machine I chose was prepared while I waited to avoid having to come back on another day. The experience was "just okay". I'm writing this review not to be mean or hurt anybody's feelings, but to challenge Jetblack to reconsider how they view customer experience. An injection of new, keen, floor staff (trained by the unquestionably knowledgable existing manager) might be all it takes to take Jetblack to the next level. Kind Regards.

Purchased a new grinder and coffee machine a few weeks ago, then did the beginners barista course to learn how to get the best out of my machine. Can I just say WOW! The course took my coffee making to the next level. Amber is so knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service in the showroom, she also runs the course. Her knowledge and experience will help you take your coffee making to an entirely new level. So glad to have found the team at Jetblack they sell almost everything you could want associated with coffee making machines and also service machines on the premises as well. It will be the only place I ever go to for my coffee needs from now on. Thanks Amber and all the team at Jetblack
