They are over priced and don’t do a good job
Paid $52 for a full clean but they didn’t clean the stuck dirt which apparently needs to be “polished” out, everywhere else that’s just scrubbed out. The interior was still dirty. Worst of all, the car stank after the “cleaned” it. The interior “plastic rejuvenation” turned out be just wiping down the interior with smelly old dirty rags. Overpriced and bad service. Do not recommend.

My car hadn't been washed in months and with all the rain and the long distances I travel my car was looking more black than white. Jet Wash gave it the clean it deserved and it's now sparkling white. Great price for the service provided.

I can’t believe I paid $75 to have my car still dirty after I left.
My rims still had so much dirt and dust on them. Inside was not vacuumed properly. I still had dust all over my dashboard. Definitely do not recommend.

My car is brand new, they left break dust on my wheels and decided not to vacuum the passenger side because to them it looked fine. My centre console and Dash are covered in dust. I’m disgusted with this service.

We got ripped $37 for external wash for our Ute which they only dusted. Wheels windows and body still dirty, marked and dusty. Not worthy even of 1 star. Staff got annoyed when we asked they at least re-clean windows- didn’t even offer complimentary service to make up for the 3 hour wait. Very disappointed. Definitely not recommended.

This place is AWESOME! I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service. I have been taking my car here to get it washed for about 2 years now and they never fail to make my car looking shiny and absolutely clean!

I went to the get my car cleaned and choose their package deluxe which is to clean inside and outside of the car. They did not do a proper job at all. Gap between my hatchback door and the roof hasn’t been cleaned at all. When I show them, the bloke said that at the wash it can’t reach there! I had to clean it with wet cloth. Overall service is not great too. I would not certainly go there again.

AVOID. Brand new car, paid premium price and the results were shocking. Items are also missing from car. It’s so dark In the carpark, you can’t see how bad it is until you leave. Back seat wasn’t even touched.

Professional, Always looks after the customers been coming for here for the last 3 years Never had any problem.

I came here for a much needed deep clean of my car and I got much more value and results than I had hoped for! I was very happy with how my seats turned out after steaming. The service was also very professional, the owner was very kind and helped me choose the package that was most suitable and valuable for me, its also a bonus that I can shop while it car is cleaned. Will definitely be back when I have the time

Just had my interior clean from dog hair and sand! I cannot be any more happier. My car hasn't been this clean since I first purchased my car. Also, such a friendly and professional customer service. Definitely would recommend and return to have my car cleaned again. Thank you so much!

The only place we get our cars washed! They do such a good job every time and they’re always on time.

I had a bad experience at this place. I had to tell the worker where to clean since he missed SO many spots. It’s ridiculous. The cup holders and underneath the chairs were not cleaned/vacuumed at all. Not worth the price.

Called for a quote and prices seemed reasonable. Took the car in and they weren't very busy, only car there was mine.
Wanted the inside cleaned of the Commadore and floors cleaned, windows, dash, centre console and all storage areas. They said no problem and that it would only cost $35.

Left the car with them and did our shopping. Came back paid and inspected the interor of the car, only the seats were vacummed and the dashboard was lightly wiped. Everything else was left dirty and uncleaned. What a waste. Won't be coming back, and won't recommend.

Was upsold the $87 car wash and agreed to it. I asked how long the wash would take and the guy said an hour, I told him I was only planning to stay around 30 minutes and he said he would rush it.

Took my time to shop and as I was walking to mg car, I receive a text saying my car is finished and to hurry as they are closing.

So I was basically upsold a car wash he couldn't have completed properly by closing time anyway, and there was still scuff marks on my seat that were not cleaned.

Not coming back!

I used them for convenience whilst dining on Thursday evening. They told me they were closing at 7.00pm and to pick up my car at 6.45pm at the latest. They also asked for payment in cash only. Fine I thought. It took us a while longer to get our food and i left the table to pick up my car on time. When i got there they had 4 other cars they were cleaning at 6.50pm and no way they were closing at 7.00pm. Finei thought. I paid them in cash and tipped them as well, only to find out the next day that they applied tyre shine even though i asked them not to and completely missed cleaing one of the panels as shown in picture. I had to wssh my car the next day to have a good clean and get all the other marks they left on my windows I live on the next street and always thought if they were any good. I know now they are not good. Beware, get your car washed somewhere else.

I have had my car looked after by this team on 2 occasions. They are friendly, easy to speak to, consistent with pricing. I definately would recommend to others looking for a professional service.
