Well, I applied for registration on Wednesday and by the following tuesday I had not heard anything, despite sending polite requests as to what was happening. I really needed a chip resetter urgently and wanted photo paper etc. I rang them and got put on hold and then cut off. Maybe they are really busy and can't keep up with the demand, or maybe they are just now going out of business? Hard to tell really but it seems that that they don't check or care about emails or new customers
