18I have worked at Jet couriers for 15 months I have over 35 years experience in the transport industry and Jet are by far the most professional company i have worked with. From the management through to the experienced allocators its a pleasure to work there. I wish I had started with them earlier.
Jet Couriers have been one of the best performing couriers we have used. They are well managed, report and interact frequently. Have safety checks for safe load restraints and I know have clear communication network between drivers and job allocation. They are considerate of our clients needs and during Covid-19 lock down helped when there were issues of access to Hospitals docks and receptions. They ask a fair rate for a job well done.
Love our permanent driver Bevan and if he cant attend work a replacement is always found. The guys in the office always pretty helpful when we are in trouble
In a time when couriers are impossible to even get, (i went through 3 just to get someone to deliver) Jarrod (hopefully spelt correctly) managed to get a parcel booked for the next business day. Will only use these guys from now on.
I'm constantly amazed that Jet regularly accept expensive "Express Deliveries", charge the moon for the service, then take 3-5 hours to delivery it anyway. They blame the weather, traffic, earthquakes, lightening, aliens or whatever other excuse they can come up with to wiggle out of giving a discount. We use them as an absolute last resort. Would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Prices are great, drivers are friendly and great phone support. Jet couriers just get the job done without any hassle, exactly what you need from a transport company.

Tried to get an interview was told on the phone that they wont interview me unless I have been vaccinated? I have been vaccinated but I consider this to be discrimination of the highest order. Keep your job.
Blocked access to the communal driveway (off a major highway) and didn't move their utes when asked—showed no respect (claimed that this is how deliveries 'were done' when they just had to move their utes off to the side so that incoming and outgoing traffic isn't blocked. Then as one of the utes was leaving, backed into and destroyed one of the visitor parking bollards. Called the NSW customer service line and person on the other end didn't care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very fast and efficient. Metro rates are reasonable. Good customer service and always call to advise us of any delays with our bookings (not that there have been many) most of the drivers are friendly and professional.
Got off the phone an hour ago and the courier is here already, Jet couriers aye, name says it all! The driver was a lovely older gentleman, had to look outside to see if he actually came in on a jet, but no, he must have been wearing a cape under his fluros because that was the fastest courier collection I have ever come across and believe me our company have tried many.

Don’t bother working for these mob. You have to outlay all expenses, for such little reward. Over worked and underpaid. They think they own you!
You can’t stop for breaks (working 12 hours non stop), they rip your pay, they charge you hefty insurances and fees whether you work or not, they’re rude, dodgy and don’t care about their drivers and customers. No safety what so ever and expect you to carry dangerous goods with no training or knowledge and expect you to carry really heavy items on your own.
They thrash you and your van/Ute or truck with their rubbish work.
It’s all about money for them, so ripping of their customers and drivers are a common thing.
Just drive past their north mead depot and see all their latest black Holden utes that they got from ripping everyone.
Most overworked and underpaid job I’ve ever done. They don’t treat you like human.
If you want to be treated like a donkey and earn a ridiculous minimum wage, then working for them might be for you.
Worst experience of my life!
Incompetent and unable to give any information on when a delivery might occur. The truck broke down - who knows. Never use them again.
Finally, a courier you can rely on to get the job done, quickly, economically, and without having to chase them up to make sure the package arrives where it is meant to. Hallelujah Jet, you are our saviour.

Terrible access for trucks they do not unload deliveries off trucks before 11am because there are vans parked everywhere, nowhere to park out on street while waiting. Do not accept a delivery to go here unless you are willing to wait for hours.
Absolutely terrible service! It took them 2 days to deliver one fridge because they couldn't get the timing right the first time. The second time they were supposed to deliver a fridge between 730am and 9am. Would you like to know what time it turned up? 130pm!
When I tried to complain to someone directly instead of leaving a review, the played the blame game and tried to pass the buck. Extremely frustrating and dissastisfying company to deal with. The only saving grace was that the driver was very friendly and helpful.
