Jervis Bay Wild

I am putting 3 stars because they are friendly and we saw the dolphins! Although being New Year 's Eve we would expect a bit of music, lights, food & some sort of entertainment.it was a bit boring & cold and we couldn't wait until it was over after almost 4 h! It wasn't very clear on the website about the fact we had to bring our own food or it could be easily misinterpreted. We had the same cruise at Port Macquarie with all I've mentioned and it was a lot of fun! I hope for you next year you will upgrade! Come on Australia you have all the means to exceed in tourism! Just add a bit of passion!

Classic journey, enjoyed spotting dolphins and the whole crew members and captain were great. Enthusiastic atmosphere.

What an adventure! The captain and crew made it so fun and really tailored to ensure a unique experience. The gorgeous scenery, playful humpbacks, and dolphins made for an unforgettable day!

It was great! One of the best experience of my life. We spotted giant whales, dolphins and even seals. It was such a beautiful and powerful experience that I couldn’t even take a video or a picture, because the emotion was too intense. Definitely recommended!

Took my son for his birthday, we saw 3x whales, 2x dolphins, a seal, loads of sea birds and a huge stingray back at the wharf. My son loved it. He was also invited to steer the boat and announced over the speaker. He was made to feel very special indeed. A great family day out.

The crew and captain are very friendly. It was very nice atmosphere in the ocean and see the whales migrating south and swimming dolphins in front of the boat.

They were so nice to give us a free upgrade to a whale tour instead of our initial dolphin tour as the third party platform that we booked through didn't inform us about the change in timing, causing us to miss it. We had a great time on the whale tour! The staff were really warm and friendly and tried their best to scan for whale sightings. Took over an hr spot our first whale but it was worth it!

Excellent trip. Well done to the team who runs it. They are not only bringing you out for dolphin watching but they really tried to make us to watch dolphin.
The normal trip takes 1.5 hours but ours was about 2 hours. No sign of dolphin and they tried their level best to assure all who are on the board experience the dolphin watching. It was a great experience.

What an amazing 2 hours spent looking at so many sights around Jervis Bay.

Fantastic Tour! We did the Jervis Bay Passage Tour. Henry, the Skipper was very funny. We saw a nice pod of Bottlenose Dolphins and lots of fantastic scenery in the Bay! Some of the prettiest coastline in NSW and the company staff were fantastic to deal with! Thoroughly recommended a Tour with these guys!

Couldnt recommend them more I went on 2 dolphin watching cruises with this team and we've seen dolphins both times. Very informative, knowledgeable and kind crew. Thank you for the experience

Had a great experience. We got to watch schools of dolphin really up close. I wasn't aware there was boom netting that you could do on the boat, which had to be booked in advance. Also, there are very few parking spots so had to park the car a couple minutes away, best to plan your trip well.

Seeing the dolphins was great but the experience could have been longer. The dolphins were still hanging around and doing tricks but we had to leave due to starting the netting. Majority of the cruise was people sitting/changing to be in the netting.
I’d say 15 minutes out the 1 and a half hours was allocated to the dolphins the rest was netting.

It should be a netting cruise with a side of a dolphin experience.

I am not sure how to give 0 stars. This company is a joke. A rude lady called me to cancel my cruise the morning of, and said I have to email them all my details including booking reference number if I want my refund. She said the refund would be processed the following Monday or Tuesday (the cruise was scheduled for Friday noon). I emailed them straight away (as soon as the phone call ended) with all the details they requested. They didn’t reply to this email. I followed up via email the following week when I realised the refund hadn’t been put through. They didn’t reply to this email either. I emailed a third time and finally received a reply that my email was forwarded to the owner. I emailed again to ask when the refund would be processed and was told the following week - however this never happened. It has now been 2 and a half weeks and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Where is my money?

Had a great day out on the hire boat. Fishing, swimming and stingray spotting.

An enjoyable experience! We were lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins early on and managed to cruise along with them for just under an hour. The captain and crew were very respectful of the wild dolphins and gave us passengers plenty of information during the length of our trip. I will definitely recommend this trip to anyone who is looking at spending time in the beautiful Shoalhaven region.

Stopped in for coffee and morning tea. Two of our group ordered bacon and egg rolls. After 30 minutes we asked how much longer. Was told another 5. We watched as a lot of orders were placed on counter for pick up by waitress. Saw ours sitting. They were left on counter as newer orders were taken and delivered. We went to counter and asked if we could grab ours. Was told they would bring it out. Over 40 minutes for 2 bacon and egg rolls. No explanation or apologies. Seems they had run out of bacon. Why not inform customers?

My daughter and I loved this experience. We were lucky enough to see multiple dolphins up close, and we enjoyed the boom netting experience. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
One small annoyance was the lack of space in the boom net due to some passengers spreading out too much. The issue was addressed by staff after travelling a short distance, however.

Our group enjoyed a fantastic whale watching tour with this company and had a great time with plenty of wales to see on the day and no-one went home disappointed. A terrific experience and the crew on board where great.
