My sauna was a shared experience with my husband. We wanted to see if we could make this a lifestyle routine. We are in our late 60’s & want to access practices for wellness.
Liza was a great support. We looked forward to our session. Liza would listen to our feedback to access our needs & adjust the treatments accordingly.
We enjoyed the ritual Liza designed into the sessions to include a herbal tea & subtle music.
The setting was comfortable & private with a relaxing ambiance.
We could recommend this experience as an adjunct to a healthy diet & exercise routine.

Went for the tea making session. Did not enjoy the experience. P.s naturopathy is fake and keto is a scam.

Tea smelt like fish. Pre-questions prior to booking are an exercise in data harvesting. The sauna settings were a joke. No bluetooth access to speakers. Owner asked too many questions. Worst of all there are no showers and there is no privacy. Pulling a curtain around a sauna is not privacy. Overall if you are from Sydney go to city cave instead of this place - cheaper price for double the service and a better experience. I for one will not come back.

Love popping in to buy supplies from Liza.she's always so informative and helpful when i need something, especially her custom blended tea - it's the best! Her knowledge on Keto eating is beyond reproach and always her opinions are upto date and honest.

I've known about the sauna here for a while but today was my first visit. It is such a beautiful space & I felt every bit relaxed, soothing music, delicious herbal tea, easy to book process. It was a real treat and I cannot wait to get back.

Easy to book, lovely calming space and all the products looked and smelt beautiful. Recognised quite a few premium abs trusted brands I have used in the past as well as new handmade products I would love to try. Will definitely be back.

Just heading in to week two and feeling very confident thanks to Liza’s knowledge, support and understanding.

Went in for the tea making class. We thought that while the class was informative, Liza just read line by line from a prepared script for 45 minutes. For someone who has been doing this for 2.5 years, i would have expected Liza to know the content. The class wasn't very interactive and Liza didn't seem to be particularly interested in engaging with the class when we asked questions, often saying "i'll get to that later" or "just wait" and then checking her script. We tasted about 5 teas which were nice, but very tiny samples. After the script reading, we were able to make our own combos of tea. For $50 per person (with up to 10 people in a class) i thought it was quite overpriced and should be improved greatly.

Went in for a infra red sauna session which always makes me feel detoxed and invigorated. This little gem is hidden from plain site as it’s upstairs but is right next door to 5 Little Pigs cafe. Liza is very helpful and has a bunch of potions and services on offer. Will be back!

This was the best! The infrared sauna took all of the aches and pains away and loosened all muscles, everything was lovely, the tea, a beautiful meditation, just a lovely quiet time.
