Jen’s class is wonderful!
A bliss for the soul and at the same time an intense yet balance workout for the body.
A nice cosy environment and the perfect vibe to nourish yourself.

Jen is a caring intuitive teacher, she respects where you might be starting from and offers a lot of encouragement. With all the modern day stress we are exposed to, it is great to be able to come to Jenz Yogalates to just refocus and reset, I feel so zen after a session.
